The ICFAI Business School (IBS) has invited the application form for MBA/PGPM admission 2025-27 based on the NMAT by GMAC/ XAT/ GMAT/ CAT score (2022 onwards). Candidates can fill out the IBS application form 2024 by January 31, 2025. Candidates can fill out the IBS MBA application form on the official website, ibsindia.org. To complete the IBS registration process, candidates should pay an IBS application fee of Rs. 1800. Before filling out the IBS registration form, candidates must check out their eligibility criteria. ICFAI Business School will conduct the IBSAT 2024 entrance test on December 28 and 29, 2024. IBSAT is a national-level entrance examination conducted once a year for admission to the MBA programs offered at 9 campuses of the ICFAI Business School (IBS). The nine campuses are located in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Dehradun, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
Before filling out the IBSAT application form 2024, the candidates must ensure that they are eligible to apply for this MBA entrance exam. Also, they must have filled in the correct and valid details in the IBSAT registration form 2024 to avoid rejection of the form.
The IBSAT eligibility criteria have not changed for years. The institute releases the criteria every year, along with the IBSAT form. The IBSAT eligibility criteria were released along with the IBSAT 2024 registration form. However, to give an idea to the applicants, we list below the eligibility criteria mentioned in last year's brochure.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear for IBSAT 2024.
- Nationality: Candidates of Indian origin who have Indian citizenship will only be able to fill out the IBSAT 2024 application form.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have at least 50 percent and above in graduation and post-graduation. For English mediums during graduation and post-graduation, the candidates will have to submit their TOEFL/ IELTS/ NELT scores by May 31, 2025.

IBS Application Form 2024: Using NMAT by GMAC/ XAT/ GMAT/ CAT score
Candidates who have a valid score of CAT/ NMAT by GMAC/ XAT/ GMAT can fill out the IBS 2024 application form by January 31, 2025. Follow the below process to submit the IBS MBA application form 2024. Valid scores of any of these tests taken from 2022 onwards will also be accepted in lieu of IBSAT 2024.
IBSAT 2024 is an online proctored test that you can take from the comfort of your home.
Step 1: Register for IBS admission 2024 by paying Rs 1800 as application fee.
Step 2: Enter your valid CAT/NMAT by GMAC/XAT/GMAT score (2022 onwards).
Step 3: Wait for the IBS result announcement, and if selected, get a call for the selection process.
Step 4: Appear for the exam held at the IBS Hyderabad Campus (the selection process consists of micro-presentation and personal interview rounds).
Step 5: Get admission confirmation and campus allotment.
IBSAT Registration Details 2024: Guidelines
- Prior to filling out the online IBSAT 2024 application form, please read the eligibility criteria given on the reverse of the voucher and also on the website and gather the information needed to complete the process.
- Ensure you have a valid email address, telephone number, and address before you apply. These should be valid throughout the admissions process.
- Keep the marks sheets of X, XII, graduation, and any other professional qualification ready for calculating the percentage of marks. The percentage obtained is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the Board/ University/ Institution from where you will be graduating.
- If academic institutions offer grade point averages (GPA), they need to be converted into percentage scores as per the conversion scheme of that institution. If an institution does not have a conversion scheme for GPA, the equivalence has to be calculated by dividing obtained cumulative GPA (CGPA) by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying by 100.
Documents required for IBSAT form filling
While registering for IBSAT 2024, the candidates must keep the following documents ready:
- Valid Email ID
- Educational details
- Debit/Credit card
- Aadhaar card/ Voter card/ Passport, etc
- Photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format and within 50kb
How to Fill Online IBSAT Application Form 2024?
Here's a step-by-step process to understand how to register for IBSAT 2024.
Step 1 - IBSAT Registration 2024
- Visit the official website of the ICFAI Business School.
- Click on the “Apply to IBS” tab.
- Enter a valid email ID, mobile number, and postal address to fill out the IBSAT 2024 application form.
- Make the IBSAT exam fee payment of the required amount.
- After the payment, a confirmation email containing the login credentials of IBSAT 2024 will be sent to the email id provided by the candidates.
Step 2 - Filling the IBSAT application form online
After logging in, the candidates have to fill out the application form for IBSAT 2024 by entering their personal and academic details such as:
- Name of candidate
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Address
- Exam city
- Identity details
Once the said details are entered, the candidates will have to click on Proceed.
Step 3 - Editing the IBSAT 2024 application form
The candidates must re-check all the details using the IBSAT login. If any discrepancy is noticed, the candidates can edit the same by clicking on the edit tab.
Step 4 - IBSAT registration fees payment
After final submission, the candidates must pay the IBS registration fees of Rs 1800 for IBSAT registration 2024. Candidates can pay the requisite fees via:
- Debit card
- Net banking
- Credit card
Step 5 - After submitting the application fees, the final payment receipt will be displayed on the screen. Take a printout of the same for future reference.
How to Fill Offline IBSAT 2024 Application Form?
- Step 1 - Buy the IBSAT 2024 application form along with the prospectus from any of the IBS campuses or designated marketing branches on payment of Rs 1,800 in cash.
- Step 2 - The candidate will receive an envelope with an IBSAT prospectus, on top of which a login ID and voucher number will be printed.
- Step 3 - Use these credentials to log in and register on the official website.
- Step 4 - On entering a valid login ID and password, you will be taken to the next section, which is “Change your password”.
- Step 5 - Change the password and continue to fill out the IBSAT application form.
What After IBSAT Registration 2024?
After filling out the application form for IBSAT 2024 and paying the required amount of the IBSAT application fee, the candidates can download the IBSAT admit card in online mode once the slot booking for the exam is done. This time, the authority conducted the IBSAT 2024 and also shortlisted the candidates based on their scores on the CAT/NMAT by GMAC/ GMAT/XAT.

IBSAT 2021 is scheduled on December 25, 2021 and December 26, 2021. The examination will be conducted in online mode. You do not have to book the slot to attend IBSAT 2021 examination. The examination center, date and time will be allotted to you and it will be given on the admit card. You need to attend the examination as per the details given on the admit card. IBSAT is a home proctored exam and it will held in the last week of December. You should check your admit card and email that whether you have received login credentials or not. In order to give this exam you must have username and password. At the test day they will be sending you the test link and you will have to login with your username and password. If you do not have login credentials then contact their team as soon as possible but only after checking your mail and admit card properly. They will thoroughly guide you everything.
