All About ATMA - The Association of Indian Management Schools provided a revised schedule of ATMA 2020 August session. AIMS has been assigned with the test to conduct ATMA i.e. the AIMS Test for Management Admissions. Candidates who appear for ATMA are eligible to take admissions in postgraduate managerial programmes like MBA, PGDM, MCA, MMS and so on. ATMA will be conducted in AI Auto Proctored mode. For all candidates who wish to take the ATMA entrance exam must have 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree. Final year candidates can also apply. In order to take up the test, the first and foremost thing which candidates must know is the exam dates of ATMA of the respective ATMA sessions. As mentioned earlier, ATMA entrance exam is conducted multiple times in a year. Given below table contains dates of latest ATMA session i.e. August session exam dates.

ATMA Application Form 2020
Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) releases the form on ATMA in online mode. Candidates who wish to fill the application form are requested to check the eligibility criteria of ATMA before submitting the applications to ensure no delay on cancellation of candidature at later stages. First-time users have to use their valid email ID or phone numbers to register, after which they can fill up the application form of ATMA.
In order to prepare for the entrance test, candidates must be aware of the exam pattern of ATMA as it contains details about the mode of exam, type of questions asked, sectional duration. Note that to prepare for ATMA, AIMS does not provide any official ATMA syllabus. Hence candidates need to prepare using sample papers of ATMA.
What After Filling the Application Form of ATMA?
Since ATMA is conducted multiple times, the admit card of ATMA for the respective session is made available by AIMS after the process of application ends. The ATMA admit card is an important document as it contains details about the candidates along with the exam centre. All candidates whether planning to appear for an online or offline exam are required to carry a Hard copy of the ATMA admit card for security reasons. To download the admit card of ATMA, candidates need to visit the official website of AIMS i.e. atmaaims.com and enter login credentials.
As per the exam pattern of ATMA, the entrance exam will be conducted in AI Auto Proctored Mode. The total time duration of ATMA 2020 as prescribed by AIMS is three hours in which candidates have to solve six sections. For the August session, ATMA 2020 exam date is August 7.
Once the exam for the August session is conducted by AIMS, the result of ATMA will be declared in online mode on August 12. Candidates who appear for ATMA have the option to apply in more than 300 participating institutes of ATMA. Click here to check the list of participating colleges.
ATMA Selection Procedure
Participating institutes provide a separate selection procedure. Some institutes may ask candidates to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds while some may provide admission only on the basis of ATMA results. The eligibility criteria for B.Com (Hons) in Delhi University is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics/Business Mathematics with 50% aggregate and must have passed in English/Hindi with minimum 60% aggregate. The best subjects that should be included along with English/Hindi from list B are
- Business Studies/ Commerce.
If any subject is mentioned for best three which is not in list B then there will a deduction of 2.5% on the aggregate of best four. Physical education is not listed in list B so if you include this subject then 2.5% will be deducted.
