Karnataka PGCET MBA counselling 2025: KEA to allow the change of option entry from September 29 to October 3, 2025. Candidates who have filled the college options during Karnataka PGCET MBA counselling 2025 can now reorder, delete, or rearrange the options. All candidates who wish to make any changes to the option will be able to do so by visiting the official website kea.kar.nic.in. After the conclusion of the Karnataka PGCET change of option entry, the Karnataka PGCET provisional seat allotment will be released on October 3, 2025. The final Karnataka PGCET seat allotment will be out on October 4, 2025. Follow the step-by-step process below to exercise the Karnataka PGCET MBA 2025 Option Entry.
Step 1: Visit the official website for PGCET 2025 at kea.kar.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on admissions, and select PGCET-2025, then click on PGCET-2025-Option Entry.
Step 3: Scan the QR code printed on the claim slip, then enter the application number and option entry PGCET no.
Step 4: Submit the OTP received on the registered contact number, and select the verify number option.
Step 5: Then, log in to the ‘option entry login’ through face recognition.
Step 6: Pay the fee of Rs 750 by using the payment gateway.
Step 7: After the payment confirmation, ‘Candidates Option Entry’ link will be enabled for the candidates.
Step 8: Go to the worksheet tab to see the list of colleges, courses and number of seats available.
Step 9: Now, exercise your choice by giving a number to the options in sequence, as per your preference.
Step 1: Click on the tab ‘Modify selected option’.
Step 2: Enter the numeric '0' in the option field. Aspirants can delete more than one option at a time.
Step 3: After making the changes, click on the ‘Update’ Tab.

Candidates can enter as many options as they wish to exercise; there is no limit to the number of options.
The priority of options entered by the candidate for the first round will remain the same for all the rounds of seat allotment.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter new options again for any subsequent rounds.
Although a candidate may reorder, delete, or rearrange the options.
Options recorded in the server on the last day and time of the notified schedule in each round will be frozen, and only these frozen options will be considered for seat allotment.
Registered candidates of PGCET MBA counselling will be asked to report to the counselling centre allotted to them. Karnataka PGCET MBA 2025 aspirants must carry the required documents for verification. After the verification of the documents, the original documents of the candidates will be given back along with an acknowledgement slip. Documents to be carried by a candidate are as follows:
Marksheet for 10th and 12th
Qualifying examination marksheet
The income certificate of the family
Category certificate of the candidate (if Applicable)
