Karnataka PGCET MBA 2025 counselling dates for the final round have been released on their official website. Candidates who have cleared the examination can participate in the Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling. The Karnataka PGCET MBA 2025 final counselling round will commence from November 4, 2025, after 11 AM with the publication ofthe seat matrix. All candidates who were part of the Round 1 and 2 and did not get a seat can participate in the final round by paying a caution deposit of Rs. 25,000 and filling in the options. Have a question related to M.B.A ?
if I get rank in this year of PGCET can I apply for admission with same rank in next year so that I don't have to write PGCET again or should I have to write it next year again? because I have still 2 backlogs. How much time will be there after PGCET exams to get enrolled in M.pharma?

Hello,

PGCET rank is valid only for the same year in which you write the exam.
You cannot use this year’s rank for next year’s admission .
If you skip admission this year, you will have to write PGCET again next year .

Your 2 backlogs do not allow you to “save” the rank. You must clear the backlogs before the admission process, because colleges check your documents during counselling.

After the PGCET exam , the counselling and admission process usually takes a few months.
You get time for document verification, option entry, seat allotment, and then reporting to the college.
Normally, admissions are completed a few months after the exam, depending on the official schedule.

So, if you want to join next year, be ready to write PGCET again.

You can recover PGCET password by the following options :-

  • go to the official website of KEA then click o the forgot password on the PGCET login page and enter the details to get a reset link or OTP of your password.

If that does not work then,

  • Call or Email KEA with your application number and ID Details, or visit their office to manually reset it,

I was alloted a seat in pgcet and admission process is also over. I want to cancel the seat now. Is it possible, only the first round of counseling is over

Yes, it's possible to cancel your seat, because only the first round of the counselling is over. You must cancel the seat through the designated helpline centers, and a processing fee of INR 5,000 will be deducted from your paid fees, with the rest refunded.
