Applications for Karnataka PGCET has commenced from May 17, 2017 onwards for candidates who want to pursue MBA anywhere in Karnataka. Last date of application is June 5, 2017, which has been extended from June 1. Before applying for Karnataka PGCET MBA, candidates have to check whether they are eligible for the MBA entrance exam or not. According to the Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 eligibility criteria, a candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 Eligibility Criteria for full-time MBA programme:

  • A Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration from recognised University

  • Minimum score of 50 per cent in all subjects for General category candidates

  • 45 per cent for SC/ST/ Category- I category candidates

  • The reservation is applicable only for Karnataka state candidates

Karnataka PGCET MBA Eligibility Criteria 2017 for part-time MBA programme:

  • Candidates must have completed Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years

  • Candidate must have a work experience of minimum three years as on July 31, 2017

  • Candidate must have an aggregate of 50 per cent for General and OBC category in all subjects including languages.

  • 45 per cent aggregate marks are required for candidates from SC/ ST and Category-I category.

It must be noted that candidates who are eligible for Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 can apply for the entrance exam.

 

The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2017 is state level MBA entrance exam conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admissions to post graduate management programmes. According to the Karnataka PGCET MBA exam pattern, the entrance exam is conducted in a paper-pencil mode with multiple choice questions. The Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 comprises MCQ’s, divided into four sections. Each section comprises of 25 questions, meaning a total of 100 questions. The duration of Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 is two hours.

The syllabus of the colleges do not have the difference exam wise, only seats & fees varies exam wise. which college you are interested please explain.
