Yes, you can still register for PGCET even if your final semester results are not yet declared. During registration, you can enter results awaited or provisional details if allowed. Later, during document verification or admission, you'll need to submit your final marksheet or degree certificate. Just make sure you meet the deadline once results are out.

If you scored 54 marks in the Karnataka PGCET MBA exam, your expected rank will be around 800 to 1200. This is based on the marks vs rank trend seen in previous years.
Some sources say that if your marks are between 50 and 70, your rank can be between 2500 to 7500. But for the MBA stream, 54 marks usually give you a rank between 800 and 1200. This can change a little depending on the number of students, difficulty of the exam, and category.

With a PGCET score of 43 and being a GM (General Merit) candidate from another state, your chances of getting into a top-tier government college in Bangalore are limited, as seats in these institutions are very competitive. Government colleges prioritize Karnataka domicile students, and very high cutoffs are expected for GM category. You might still get a chance in lower-tier government-aided colleges or private colleges with good reputation. It’s advisable to consider:
- Bangalore Institute of Technology
- PES College of Engineering (non-autonomous)
- Siddaganga Institute of Technology (Tumkur)

With a rank of 2600 in PGCET and SC category, you have a fair chance to get a seat in M. Pharmacy in Karnataka. The PGCET exam has special reservation for SC candidates, so the cutoff for SC is usually lower than the general category.
Every year, KEA releases the counselling schedule and college-wise cutoff ranks. You should register for PGCET counselling and fill in your preferences for colleges that offer M. Pharma. Your chances also depend on the branch you choose (like Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, etc.). Some branches have higher competition than others.
