CMAT 2020 Student Reactions
Ankush: As per me Quant was easy. The difficulty level was moderate. Each section consisted of 25 questions. Taking about the section-wise difficulty level, General Knowledge was difficult and quant was easiest. In logical reasoning section, options provided to one question were wrong.
Shashank: My exam was good. I am expecting 98 percentile and sure about it. The paper was too easy than mocks. There was only one reading comprehension and it helped in saving time to attempt the Maths section. I was sitting idle for the last half an hour. GK was difficult. I found GK to be the toughest and VR and Quant were easiest. As per me, there was no wrong question.
Bhavuk: The paper was easy. Quant was difficult for me to attempt. The overall difficulty level of CMAT 2020 was easy.
Charu: The overall difficulty level of the paper was easy. Quant and VR were doable and easy, LR was the easiest, and in GK 2-3 questions were static questions. I attempted 91 questions. LR section consisted of percentage, blood relations, arrangement and many more. The section-wise difficulty level was moderate.
Karan: My preparation is good and I have been preparing for one year through self study. My brother helped me in my preparation. I prepared time table for each section and gave mock tests. The core strategy is to focus on quant as I gave more time in Mathematics and English for preparation. I am expecting to score above 80 percent if the exam goes well. Am targeting SP Jain, KJ Somaiya, IMT Ghaziabad. I have also appeared for CAT and got 78% and will be appearing for MAH CET MBA.
Gaurav: My preparation for CMAT 2020 is average. My strategy is to focus on Quant. I am expecting to score 99 percentile overall as questions in CMAT are not very lengthy. I am targeting JBIMS and GIM Goa. I have appeared for MICAT as well.
Shashank: My preparation is good and prepared well after CAT 2019. First I will attempt GK then VA and then QA as it will take 1 hour. Last year I scored 94 percentile in CMAT and now am targeting 98 plus. Institute that I am targeting is GIM Goa. I have also appeared for MAT and I believe it has a league of no such good colleges. You have to among the top 5 to get a good college.
Akshit: My preparation is good except GK section. I will appear for CMAT similar to CAT. I scored 98.1 percentile in CAT 2019 and I am expecting to score above 95 percentile and targeting Jamnalal Bajaj through CMAT. I will also be appearing for MAH CET 2020.
