Verbal Ability requires consistent practice, especially in the short span of time before the exam. Candidates should practice mock tests and sample questions for verbal ability until the day of the exam. This will help them maintain their speed while practicing.
They can revise important rules related to grammar, such as different tones and styles of passages that can be asked in the exam.

Do not do any new chapter in the final days before the exam. Focus on revising concepts and practising questions that you have already studied.

Go through the previous years’ questions to know what kinds of questions are asked. Familiarize yourself with current issues and try to form views on the current issues.
Practice writing and work on your speed. Be to the point while writing and spend ample time forming a mental framework of the things you have to write.
Be thorough with the current issues in the news and your views regarding them. Also, be ready for questions based on your education, hometown and other details from your biodata.
If you do not know the answer to a certain question, do not try to fool the interviewers. It’s safer to simply admit it by saying “Sorry, I don’t know.”
Why do you want to join IIM Indore?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why have you chosen this career path for yourself?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
What is your plan B?
The final week should be used for focused revision and practice. Avoid unnecessary study material, new topics and preparation methods that can disrupt your existing strategy.
Not choosing the right IPMAT preparation materials can confuse students because they try to cover too many IPMAT books and IPMAT preparation resources at once, thus wasting precious time.
Mock tests are very helpful in simulating the actual environment of the examination, thereby enhancing time management, speed, and accuracy.
This would result in spending most of your time on strong areas, while weaker sections might be neglected, which could negatively impact your overall score.
