GMAC will open the NMAT application window from first week of August 2025. This article provides the complete NMAT registration process, including the enclosures needed at the time of applying for the NMAT 2025 and the steps to fill out the NMAT 2025 registration form. Before doing the NMAT 2025 exam registration, the candidates must check the eligibility criteria, and only after ensuring that they are eligible to register for NMAT 2025 should they fill out NMAT 2025 registration form. The eligibility criteria of NMAT 2025 state that the candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 percent marks.

There is no age limit to appear for NMAT by GMAC exam. Candidates who are in their final year are also eligible to apply for the NMAT exam 2025. NMAT 2025 Registration: Image Upload Specifications

Candidates who want to apply for NMAT exam 2025 must follow the following points while filling NMAT application form 2025.

• Photo should be in JPEG or JPG format, maximum size 1 MB.
• Photograph should be in colour, clear, and not more than six months old.
• Photo should be in passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm).

Steps to Fill NMAT Application Form 2025

Step 1: Go to the official NMAT by GMAC website, mba.com/exams/nmat. For first time visitors, click on the "Register for NMAT by GMAC" button. Candidates who have already registered can click on "Already Registered? Login here".

Step 2: Candidates need to enter the following details to create an mba.com account. This account can be used to register for the NMAT exam:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Password
• Re-enter Password

Step 3: Login using the credentials received on the registered email id. From the login dashboard, click on the 'NMAT by GMAC Dashboard' button. Fill the NMAT application form with personal details followed by uploading passport size photograph and click next button.

Step 4: Choose the schools to send the scores under the "Schools Preference" section. Up to 5 programmes will be included in the NMAT exam 2025 registration fee. An additional fee of INR 200 + applicable taxes will be applied for each programme added in excess of 5 programmes.

Step 5: Candidates must upload a photograph that is similar and the photograph on your Photo ID. This photograph will be included on the admit card that you must show to the test centre administrator at the test centre or to the online proctor.

Step 6: Select the NMAT 2025 exam mode if you want to take the NMAT exam at the test centre or Online Proctored at Home.

(NOTE: Once the NMAT exam is booked, one cannot reschedule to a different mode for the same attempt. However, one can choose the exam mode again while scheduling the next attempt.

For example: if a candidate has scheduled their first attempt at the NMAT 2025 test center, then he or she can’t reschedule that exam to an online proctored exam at home or vice-versa. However, the candidate can again choose their exam mode to test at an NMAT test centre 2025 or online proctored at home when they schedule their retake 1 or retake 2.

Step 8: Once the payment is realized, the scheduled NMAT 2025 option will be activated in the dashboard so that the candidates can schedule their NMAT exam. Candidates can book any slot after 24 hours from the time of booking.

Schedule at NMAT Test Center 2025

• Click on the ‘book exam’ tab to reach the scheduling system.
• Choose the country and city and NMAT test centre and choose the date and time to take the exam.

Schedule Online Proctored Test at Home

• Click on the ‘book exam’ tab to reach the scheduling system.
• The first step will be to fill out the ‘My Profile’ section before moving on to ‘Scheduling exam appointment’.

Candidates can set up their photo identification by uploading a Government-issued ID. This ID must be uploaded for verification purposes. The following instructions are provided to the user.

• Take a picture of the photo ID using a smartphone, a camera or a webcam on your PC.
• Save the image of the picture to your PC.
• Upload the image from the PC to the Examity scheduling system

ExamiKNOW

• Candidates can select from an available list of security questions to set up 3 security questions.
• The system will prompt the candidate to answer 1 of the security questions during the authentication process when logging in to take the exam so please remember or note down the responses.

Exam Appointment

Please select the date and correct time zone to schedule the NMAT exam 2025. Please ensure to choose the correct time zone, as the ‘Begin Test’ tab will be enabled at the time chosen by the candidate.

ExamiKEY

The candidate has to enter the first name, last name, first name, and last name and re-enter the first name and last name.

• No spaces or capital letters should be used while entering this information. The system will save the keystroke entry of the data that is entered, and this will be used as part of the authentication process when the candidate logs in to take the exam.
• If the candidate fails to successfully enter ExamiKEY information 3 times, a red flag will be raised.

Step 9: Candidates will be able to download their NMAT admit card from the dashboard once the payment is done.

How to Apply for NMAT Reschedule 2025?

To reschedule the NMAT exam 2025, candidates must follow the steps given below:

1. Log in to your NMAT account using the login credentials
2. Click on the “Schedule Exam” button
3. Select the date and time of the test
4. Select the preferable location
5. Complete the process by paying the rescheduling fee using a Credit Card only
6. Click on the ‘process’ button

NMAT Retake Registration 2025

The candidates will be allowed to take the NMAT by GMAC exam a maximum of three times during the year’s testing period. This will include the first attempt plus a maximum of two retake attempts. No-shows are considered attempts.

The NMAT retake registration 2025 option will be enabled in the candidate’s dashboard after their NMAT 2025 exam date. The candidate needs to register for the retake by simply clicking on the retake section, selecting the NMAT exam mode, and paying the retake fees.

Note: Retake can be scheduled after the completion of a scheduled attempt and the retake NMAT exam 2025 can only be taken after a gap of 15 days from the previous attempt.

Retake scheduling at the test centre of NMAT and online follows the same process as NMAT scheduling.

NMAT Registration for Test Takers with Disabilities

Candidates with disabilities can request accommodation and a scribe facility on the day of the NMAT 2025 exam. To avail of this facility, candidates need to upload a scanned copy of their disability certificate. Authorities helpdesk will verify their application and they will update the status for accommodation and below listed facilities.
