IBSAT 2017 - The result of IBSAT 2017 has been declared on December 28, 2017. Earlier, the result was scheduled to be released on January 2, 2018. However, ICFAI has declared the result in advance. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their result online using their login id and password. ICFAI conducted the IBSAT 2017 exam from December 21 to 24, 2017. ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is an online management entrance exam conducted by The ICFAI Foundation For Higher Education for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. IBSAT 2017 is the entrance exam for admissions to nine IBS campuses at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Dehradun. IBSAT 2017 Final Result
The result of IBSAT 2017 has been declared on December 28, 2017 instead of January 2, 2018. Candidates can check their IBSAT 2017 result with their user id and password. The participating institutes of ICFAI Foundation will announce a shortlist of candidates after the declaration of IBSAT 2017 result. IBS is expected to announce the shortlist of the candidates instead of score-cards or percentile score. The selection briefings will be held between January 13 to January 17, 2018. The selected candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview between February 20, 2018, to February 26, 2018.
Once the result of IBSAT 2017 is announced, the nine affiliated institutes of ICFAI Foundation will release their individual IBSAT 2017 cutoff lists for admission to MBA programme. The cut off is the minimum mark or percentile that a candidate requires getting selected for further rounds of the admission process. The cut off of IBSAT 2017 will vary from institute to institute. As per the IBSAT 2017 selection process, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The final merit list will be prepared by The ICFAI Foundation. The participating institutes will announce the shortlisted candidates' list on January 2, 2018. The selected candidates will be called for GD and PI rounds at IBS Hyderabad between February 20 to February 26, 2018. Apart from the GD and PI, other factors such as the candidate’s academic record and work experience are also taken into consideration while preparing the final list. The final merit list of IBSAT 2017 is expected to be announced in the first week of March 2018.

Candidates could download the IBSAT 2017 admit card after completing the registration process. Aspirants had to use their Registered Id along with their Date of Birth in the requisite format to download the IBSAT admit card 2017. The admit card carries the important details such as candidate’s name, venue details, time of the exam, etc. The admit card of IBSAT 2017 was available only in online mode. Candidates needed to carry the printed copy of the IBSAT 2017 admit card on the exam date at the allotted exam centre.
The exam pattern of IBSAT 2017 will be on the similar lines as that of last year. IBSAT is a computer-based test of two hours duration carrying multiple choice questions. As per the last year IBSAT 2017 exam pattern, the test was divided into four sections carrying 140 multiple choice questions (MCQs).

The candidates must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for IBSAT 2017:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) from a recognised institute/ university with at least 50 percent aggregate marks with medium of instruction as English.
Aspirants not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation will have to submit the TOEFL, NELT or IELTS score by May 31, 2018.
Candidates should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
Final year graduation students can get provisional admission, provided they complete their graduation requirements before May 31, 2018. The last date to submit the proof of graduation is November 1, 2018.
The application process of IBSAT 2017 started from July 1, 2017, and ended on December 18, 2017. Aspirants could fill the IBSAT 2017 application form through online or offline mode.
Online application - The application fee for the exam is Rs.1800. Candidates could pay the fee at IBSAT website through a Debit Card/ Credit Card or Net Banking for the IBSAT application form. Upon successful payment of application fee, the candidates get an email with the application number and password. Applicants could login through their credentials to fill the IBSAT application form 2017.
Offline application - Candidates had to pay Rs.1800 to buy the IBSAT application form 2017 from any of the IBS Marketing Branches. With the IBSAT 2017 application form, candidates also received a scratch card containing application number and password.
