National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the CMAT 2026 application form in the second week of November 2025. Going by past year trends, the CMAT 2025 application form was released on November 14, 2024. Interested candidates will be able to fill out the CMAT application form on the official website of the NTA by paying the CMAT registration fees of around Rs. 2,500 for general candidates and Rs. 1,250 for reserved candidates. Candidates who passed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an approved university or are in the final year of graduation will also be able to fill out the form. While filling out the CMAT exam form 2026, one should upload the requisite documents and pay the application fee. The CMAT application is a five-step process. As per CMAT eligibility criteria, candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline with 50 percent marks in total aggregate. Those who belong to the reserved category (i.e., SC/ST) need to secure 45 percent, while those who are pursuing their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for CMAT 2026.
Before filling out the application form for CMAT, one should keep the following documents ready with them:
Firstly, one will have to visit the CMAT registration 2026 official website and click on "Online Registration” to generate login credentials.
Step 1 - Click on “Register as a new candidate for CMAT 2026”
One will have to visit the official website of CMAT NTA and click on; Apply to register as a new candidate for CMAT 2026
Now, candidates will have to click on ‘Download Information Bulletin’ to download the PDF, which will consist of all the instructions related to CMAT 2026. Read all instructions carefully, and most importantly, check the eligibility criteria and become acquainted with all the requirements for the submission of the CMAT 2026 online application form.
Candidates must note that there will be no correction window available after the closing of the registration window. No changes will be entertained in offline mode as well.
Step 2 - Fill Online Application Form
Candidates will have to fill the CMAT registration form by entering a few personal details, such as parent’s name, date of birth (DOB), category, gender, phone number, email address, etc. Candidates will be required to enter the type of identification number.
After entering such details, candidates will have to create a password, choose a security question and enter their answer (it will help during password retrieval). After submission of the required registration details, an application number will be generated, which will be used to complete the remaining process of the CMAT 2026 application form. Note down the application number and keep it safe.
Candidates will get an application number via SMS to their registered number. For subsequent logins, candidates can use the same application number and password. Now click on the ‘Final’ submit button. The registration process is completed after clicking on the ‘Submit’ tab and candidates can proceed to fill the rest of the CMAT 2026 application form.
Review all the entered details before pressing the final submit tab.
Complete the CMAT 2026 application form by selecting whether you are disabled or not. Now select whether you are diabetic or not. After selecting such details, candidates will have to select four exam cities where they wish to appear for the CMAT 2026 entrance test.
Now enter the following graduation details:
Now enter the security pin and click on the “Submit” button. Candidates will be asked to review all the entered information before final submission.
Step 3 - Upload Scanned Photograph and Signature
Note - Correction window for Photograph and Signature will not be available after closing the application window.
Now fill in the captcha code and click the box after verifying the images. Click on the ‘Upload’ tab to proceed to the next step of fee payment.
Step 4 - Pay Application Fee
Candidates can pay the application fee via online or offline mode. If a candidate chooses an online mode of payment, they can pay the application fee by using credit/ debit card or they can also use net banking. Male candidates from the general category have to pay Rs. 2,500 as CMAT application fees. The CMAT exam fee for female applicants and reserved candidates is Rs. 1,250.
If candidates choose the offline mode, then they have to pay the application fee in cash through a challan at the State Bank of India branch by submitting a challan. The instructions for paying the application fee are as follows:

Now press the ‘Click Here’ tab to select the payment mode. An OTP will be generated on the registered mobile number of the candidate who chooses the card payment option. After paying the CMAT 2026 application fee, candidates will receive a confirmation payment. If the confirmation page does not appear on the computer screen, then the amount will be refunded to the same account.
A copy of the application form in the form of a PDF will be sent to the registered email ID. Candidates are advised to take a printout of the CMAT 2026 application for future reference.
Those who will fill out the application form successfully will be able to download the admit card of CMAT from the official website. Candidates have to download their admit card by using credentials, take a printout of it, and carry it along with photo ID proof to the exam centre.

SIMSREE, Mumbai – Fee around Rs. 1.3–1.4 lakh for 2 years. Accepts CAT, CMAT, MAH-CET, MAT, ATMA. Cutoff is very high, usually 99+ percentile in CAT/CMAT.
