JEMAT Application Form 2020 - Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUTWB) will conduct the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) in online mode. The application form for JEMAT 2020 will be available tentatively from the second week of May 2020. The last date to fill the JEMAt 2020 application form will be in last week of May 2020. Candidates must adhere to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities before filling the application form of JEMAT 2020. Following are the JEMAT 2020 eligibility criteria :
Students must be a graduate in any discipline from statutory or recognized institution/ university.
Aspirants who have a professional degree, they must have completed from recognized institution.
Candidates appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply, provided they submit their required documents before the date prescribed (date will be notified soon).
The application form for JEMAT 2020 will be available in online mode tentatively from second week of May 2020. To fill the JEMAT 2020 application form candidates must refer to the steps mentioned below:
Step 1 - Click on the link provided - Click Here (Link will be available as soon as authorities release it)
Step 2 - Register to generate login ID and password
Step 3 - Login with the registered email ID and password.
Step 4 - Fill in the following details:
Date of Birth
Category (whether Person with Disability)
Written Test Centre; choose any two from the following:
Siliguri (West Benagl)
Durgapur (West Benagl)
Kolkata (West Benagl)
Step 5 - Upload photograph and signature in the prescribed size and format:
10 kb - 20 kb
20 kb - 50 kb
Photograph of the candidate must be with a white background.
Signature of the candidate must be with blue or black ink pen on the white sheet. In case candidate’s signature does not match that in admit card and OMR sheet, the candidature of the student will be cancelled.
Step 6 - Submit the application form after reviewing all the details filled. If all the information is authentic candidate may proceed by selection the ‘declaration’ and finally submitting the application.
Step 7 - Retain the application/ registration number generated.
Step 8 - Pay the application fee.
Category-wise Application Fee:
SC/ST/PWD (Appropriate certificates must be provided in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates)
Step 9 - After successful registration, send a hard copy of application form along with the following documents:
Fee payment receipt
Category certificate (if any)
Letter of sponsorship (if any)
Send the above mentioned documents to the university via speed post/ by hand/ courier on the following address:

Note - No cheques, money orders, bankers cheque, demand drafts will be accepted via post. Also, candidates must mention their name, JEMAT 2020 registration number and contact details on the envelope.
Authorities will release the admit card for JEMAT 2020 in the last week of May. Only candidates who will register successfully along with the payment of application fee will be able to download the JEMAT 2020 admit card. Aspirants can download the JEMAT admit card 2020 in online mode by entering their login credentials. The admit card of JEMAT 2020 will mention the name of the student, Photograph and signature of the candidate, venue, centre code, time and important instructions.
In case candidates forget their password they can click on ‘forget password’ on the login page. Fill the necessary details and application number and password will be sent via email or SMS.
Application/ registration number will be sent to candidates on their registered email address. Also, it is sent via SMS on the registered mobile number. In case the candidates do not receive the application number candidates must check their spam mails.
No, candidates will have to upload the photograph and signature while filling out the application form. Candidates will not be able to proceed further without uploading the necessary documents.
