IIM Ahmedabad has once again bagged the 1st spot among the top 100 MBA colleges in India 2026-28 list. IIM A has become India’s no. 1 college for mba admission 2026-28. This year, IIM Ahmedabad gained an NIRF score of 83.29 to become the no. 1 in NIRF MBA ranking 2025 followed by IIM Bangalore and IIM Kozhikode. Apart from the IIMs, IIT Delhi made it to the top NIRF MBA ranking list 2025, making it the highest-ranked IITs, offering MBA courses. MDI Gurgaon has moved up to rank 9 in the NIRF management ranking 2025, making it the highest-ranked private MBA college in India 2026-28. Apart from the IIMS, IITs and the private MBA colleges, non-IIM government colleges made it to the NIRF management ranking list 2025.

Apart from the existing NIRF parameters, two major changes have been introduced this year in the NIRF MBA ranking 2025. First, in judging parameters, the management institutions are judged based on their compliance with sustainable development goals.
