How to fill KMAT Application Form 2025?

Follow the below steps to complete the KMAT registration process.

Step 1 - Registration

Visit the official website of KMAT 2025 and click on the tab 'Apply now'. Students will be required to enter the following information to create login credentials:

• Course applied for
• First name
• Middle name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Nativity by birth/ Domicile
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Enter captcha code

After entering the above details, confirm by marking “I accept the terms & conditions and Rule & Regulations” and enter on “Submit and Continue”. Candidates will receive the new registration ID and password on the registered email address and phone number.

Step 2 - Fill out the KMAT application form 2025

Candidates who have registered successfully will be able to log in and proceed to fill out the application form for KMAT 2025. Students will now be required to enter the following details:

Step 3 - Upload necessary documents

Students will have to now upload the documents in the prescribed size and format:

Important Instruction

• The photograph must be passport-size. It should be a colored photograph with a white or light-coloured background.
• Colored glasses/sunglasses or any other fashionable eyewear is not allowed to be worn in the photograph. The face and eye of the candidates should be clearly visible in the photo.
• Caps or hats must not be worn in the photograph. Only religious headgear like turbans will be allowed in the photographs.
• The signature of the student must be done on plain white paper.

Step 4 - Review KMAT 2025 application form

After entering all the details and before paying the application fee, students must check for any errors/modifications in the application form before final submission. In case of any mistake or error, students will be able to modify the detail in this step. Once payment is made, no request for change will be entertained.

Step 5 - Pay the KMAT form fee

Only candidates who will submit the KMAT 2025 application form along with the application fee will be able to download the KMAT hall ticket. The authority will issue the KMAT admit card for phase 1 in online mode. Students can download the admit card of KMAT 2025 by entering their login credentials. KMAT admit card 2025 is a must-have document on the day of the examination, without which candidates will not be permitted to appear for the Karnataka KMAT exam.
