Karnakata PGCET MBA 2017 events in brief:
The application form of Karnataka PGCET MBA was available in online mode only. Interested candidates could fill the application form from May 17, 2017, to June 5, 2017 (till 5.30 PM). Before filling the Karnataka PGCET MBA application form, aspirants should first register for the entrance exam. As without registration, test takers will not be allowed to take the examination. The application fee for General and OBC category was Rs. 650 while for SC/ST and Category-I the fee was Rs. 500.
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the hall ticket on June 25, 2017. The hall ticket can be obtained in online mode only as no hard copy of the same will be sent to candidates separately. Therefore, it is important for candidates who registered for the entrance exam to check the availability status of the hall ticket. As candidates without the hall ticket of Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 will be exempted from the exam.
The hall ticket contains details such as candidate’s name, venue, time of examination, centre information and application number among others.
Candidates can access to the Karnataka PGCET MBA 2017 answer key from July 13, 2017. Once the answer keys are out and if there is any glitch then students/ academicians/ parents can file for objection. However, the objection will be considered valid only with supporting documents.
KEA has declared the Karnataka PGCET MBA result 2017 on August 19, 2017. The result is announced in the form of merit list based on which shortlisted candidates will be called in for the next round i.e. counselling round. The merit list will be based on the marks scored by each candidate.
Karnataka PGCET MBA is a standardised test conducted to screen candidates who seek admission to various b-schools spread across Karnataka. The purpose of the entrance exam is to determine the eligibility of test takers to full-time or part-time MBA programme in institutes in Karnataka.
