IIFT Selection Procedure 2021 - Indian Institute of Foreign Trade will conduct the IIFT 2021 selection procedure in order to select the candidates for admission to the MBA programme. The institute shortlists the candidates for the admission process on the basis of their percentile. In order to get shortlisted for the further admission process candidates have to secure at least minimum marks set by the institute which are termed as cutoff marks. The selection procedure of IIFT 2021 consists of all the process from the IIFT exam to the final result of the selected candidates for the admission to IIFT. Apart from the entrance examination which is now being started to be conducted by NTA, the whole selection procedure of the admission is administered by the IIFT. The various steps of the IIFT selection procedure 2021 are listed below:
Shortlisting: Candidates who will appear in IIFT 2021 will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the examination(both overall and sectional). Candidates have to secure at least minimum marks which are termed as cutoff marks. The list of the candidates who are shortlisted for further IIFT 2021 selection procedure will be released by IIFT a few days after the IIFT 2021 result declaration.
Candidates after getting shortlisted will be called for the various admission rounds which are written ability test, Group discussion and personal interview. Candidates who have cleared the IIFT have to fill an online CV form in which the candidates have to fill the following details:

Further IIFT 2021 selection procedure consist of 3 rounds which are listed below:
Written Ability Test:
In this round candidates have to write an essay or answer some questions asked from a comprehension given to them. Based on the essay or the answers provided to them their written skills will be analyzed.
Time allotted to them is 20 minutes and the word limit of the essay is 300 words.
Candidates will be categorized into different groups and will be assigned a topic. In group discussion communication abilities will be analyzed. Candidates are advised to have knowledge in current affairs and should be aware of all the events related to the business world.
Candidates will be called one by one for the interview process. Again the main objective of the interview is to analyze the candidates communication skills, his knowledge related to current affairs and business events and various others parameters.
After the selection procedure of IIFT 2021, a final list of the qualified candidates will be displayed. The final selection of the candidates is based on the candidates performance in different rounds which have the weightage as mentioned below:

Candidates in order to proceed for IIFT selection procedure 2021 have to pass the cutoff for IIFT 2021. The cutoff includes both sectional and overall percentile. The cutoffs for IIFT Delhi for the previous years is listed in the table below:
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) entrance test conducted annually by National Testing Agency (NTA), for admission to its MBA (IB) program. NTA will conduct IIFT 2021 tentatively in the first week of December 2020 in Computer Based (Online) mode. Last year around 39,752 candidates registered for the IIFT entrance test.

You need atleast more than 105+ marks to get a good percentile and almost 138 to secure a call from any good college taking part in IIFT entrance test.you will have around 40 percentile according to previous year trends which is very low.
