Hello,
Yes, with an AIU equivalence for your American High School Diploma, you're eligible to take the NEET 2025. NEET eligibility demands study in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology beside English as core subjects, and your curriculum has incorporated all these- Biology: Advanced, Chemistry: Advanced, Physics: Higher, English: Higher. Though a Math: Higher isn't a NEET requirement, having a core of English does fill that.
AIU equivalence certificate would ensure that your high school diploma is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system of India, thus satisfying the basic requirement for eligibility under NEET.
The eligibility conditions further can only be confirmed from the official information bulletin released by NTA in 2025 that will carry any updated criteria or specific regulations.
The IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test) exam is primarily conducted for admission into five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) courses. Here are some key colleges that accept IPMAT scores:
1. **Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore**: IIM Indore was the first to introduce the IPM course, and it continues to use IPMAT scores for admission. Their program offers a strong foundation in management and business studies.
2. **Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak**: IIM Rohtak also accepts IPMAT scores for its IPM program, which focuses on grooming students for managerial and leadership roles through a mix of business and liberal arts education.
3. **Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi**: IIM Ranchi started its IPM program in 2021 and uses IPMAT scores for admission. This program aims to provide a multidisciplinary approach to management.
4. **Nirma University**: Nirma University’s Institute of Management in Ahmedabad accepts IPMAT scores for its Integrated BBA-MBA program, which combines undergraduate and graduate studies in management.
5. **TAPMI Bengaluru**: T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) in Bengaluru also considers IPMAT scores for its integrated program, though it is relatively new in the field.
Each of these institutions has its own admission process and eligibility criteria, so be sure to check specific requirements when applying.
Yes, you can certainly attempt the CAT exam with a fractured leg, but there are a few practical considerations to help make the experience smoother. Since CAT is a computer-based test (CBT) and requires candidates to be seated for a few hours, it's essential to ensure you’re comfortable during this time. To manage discomfort, consider arranging seating adjustments or leg support if needed. You may also need assistance getting to the exam center and moving around, as most exam centers may not allow additional mobility devices unless pre-arranged.
The CAT exam authorities generally don’t have special accommodations specifically for fractured limbs, but they do provide support for candidates with disabilities. You could reach out to the exam organizers or your designated exam center to discuss any specific needs, such as seating arrangements. Also, be mindful of pain management strategies; consult your doctor for guidance on managing pain during the exam and consider adjusting your study posture to prevent strain.
Ultimately, with careful planning and by reaching out for any necessary accommodations, it is entirely possible to successfully attempt CAT with a fractured leg.
