About MAHCET 2015: MAHCET 2015 or the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state level MBA entrance exam for Maharashtra. The MAHCET exam is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State for admissions in the management programmes of MAHCET participating institutes. The application procedure was conducted from February 18 and ended on February 27, 2015. The late registration window was from March 2 to 3, 2015. The exam has started from March 14, 2015 and will end on March15, 2015.

Latest: MAH CET 2016 exam starts from March 12, 2016.

MAHCET 2015 Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline from a recognized institute or Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category) are eligible to apply for MAHCET exam.

 

MAHCET 2015 Selection Criteria: After the filling of Application forms the final selection procedure takes place through counseling process where DTE conducts a common Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for the shortlisted candidates.

 

MAHCET 2015 Exam Pattern: The MAHCET 2015 exam is conducted in a computer based format. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes or 2.5 hours. Candidates have to answer a total of 200 questions in different sections like- Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation/Data Sufficiency and Reasoning.

 

MAHCET 2015 Application Procedure: The Application form for MAHCET 2015 can be filled in by the eligible candidates online. This year the application procedure was entirely online which started from February 18 and continued till Feb 27, 2015. MAHCET 2015 Application Fee: The application fee for MAHCET 2015 is around Rs.1000 for General category candidates and Rs. 800 for reserved category candidates.

Hello,

If your query is regarding the eligibility criteria then yes, a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects along with English, Chemistry, Biology, as one optional subject or any technical or vocational subject. Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with atleast 50% and candidates belonging to reserved category must have passed with atleast 45% applicable for candidates who are domicile of Maharashtra.

So if you have fulfilled the eligibility criteria then you are eligible.

Hi THERE! hope you are doing great. the eligibility criteria for appearing in Maharashtra CET examination is that you must HAVE at least 50% marks in your class 12 for a general category student while 45% for SC ST student. The candidate must be a citizen of India the 85% of the seats are filled through Maharashtra CET examination while 15% of seats are filled through JEE mains examination which is called all India quota. You can get admission to the colleges of Maharashtra CET by scoring a value score in  Maharashtra CET 2020 examination.

Is mht cet difficult or easy??

Dear Piyush,
Mht CET is a very competitive examination.
It can be easy or difficult. It totally depends on your preparation.
If you prepared thoroughly and know every concepts then you won't be any difficulty in such examination but yes if you don't prepare then it's going to be very difficult for you.
Hence I advise you to prepare yourself, solve as many as  sample paper you can solve, surely that will help you to make this examination easy.
