MDI Gurgaon Admission 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

MDI Gurgaon specified the eligibility criteria for different programmes:

Eligibility for PGDM and PGDM-HRM

• Candidates must have secured 50% marks in total aggregate or equivalent CGPA in class 10th and 12th.
• Candidates must have completed their graduation degree in any discipline with an aggregate of at least 50% marks or its equivalent CGPA.
• Also, candidates must have a minimum of three years of education after completing 10+2 level.
• Students appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply, but at the time of MDI Gurgaon admission, candidates will have to show the graduation degree certificate.

Eligibility for PGDM-IB

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 level along with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum 4 years) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
• Aspirant must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience post qualification of Bachelor’s degree.

Note - The basis for calculating the percentage of the candidate in academics will be followed as per the norms of the respective board/institute/university from where the aspirant has obtained the certificate/degree. In case the marks are obtained in terms of CGPA then the conversion will be done as per the norms of the respective board/university. In case the board/institute/university does not prescribe a conversion rule then the equivalence will be established by dividing the obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the fraction obtained by 100.

MDI Gurgaon Admission Process 2026

MDI Gurgaon selection process will be conducted in two stages which are as follows:

Stage 1 - Shortlisting of candidates based on the score in CAT 2025

Stage 2 - Appearing for selection rounds (GD/PI)

In this stage only applicants who have filled the MDI Gurgaon application form 2026 will be considered for shortlisting on the CAT score. The number of candidates to be shortlisted will be decided by the authorities.

Stage 2 - Appearing for selection rounds

Candidates who will be shortlisted in the first stage based on MDI Gurgaon CAT cut off will have to appear for the selection rounds of MDI Gurgaon admission - Personal Interview

Written Ability Test (WAT): Shortlisted candidates will be given topics based on which they will have to provide written analysis. The evaluation for this round will be done on the following parameters:
