• Bank account statement of the firm for the past one year
• Statutory Auditor Appointment of the firm
• Purchase/work orders in the name of the firm
• MSME certificate (if applicable)
• DIPP Certificate of Recognition (if applicable)

An application fee of Rs 1,000/- and Rs 1,000/- IIMU Test (if applicable) needs to be paid after submitting the online application form. The fee can be paid using any method: credit card, debit card, Net banking, Wallet, and UPI ID.
