IIFT 2014 Result
IIFT 2014 Result- The result of IIFT 2014 has been declared on Friday, December 19, 2014. 1411 candidates have been shortlsited for the Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Essay Writing rounds. The exam was conducted on Sunday, November 23, 2014. You can check the IIFT 2014 Result here at this page.
The IIFT 2014 Score Card was also released on Monday, December 22, 2014. Candidates can check their sectional and overall scores along with the cutoff by downloading the score card. You can download the Score Card in this page by entering your IIFT 2014 Registration Number and Date of Birth in DD/MM/YY format.
The IIFT 2014 Result has been announced by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in its website in the form of the shortlist of candidates for the next level of selection process, which includes Essay Writing, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Last year, IIFT had shortlisted 1269 candidates for around 220 seats in IIFT’s Delhi and Kolkata campuses.

The marking scheme of IIFT entrance exam is differential, i.e. each question does not follow the same marking scheme. The section wise marking scheme which was followed in the last year’s pattern is given in the following table.

For every wrong answer, there is negative marking of 1/3 allotted marks.
The final IIFT 2014 Result is expected to be declared April 2015 where the list of finally selected candidates will be presented. The session for MBA IB 2015-17 at IIFT will commence from July 2015.

Before filling the application form, applicants must keep the following documents and information ready with them before they begin to fill the IIFT 2021 application form.
Scanned copy of passport size photograph (Black and white, in clear contrast)
Scanned copy of signature
Scanned copy of category certificate
Two copies of academic mark sheets or certificates of 10th, 12th and Graduation.
Copy of undertaking regarding the candidates who have not appeared for any other MBA entrance exam such as CAT, XAT or any (Only for NRI candidates)
Copy of official entries on passport pages
Two letters of recommendation.

why iift has not released exam notification for 2021 ?
National Testing Agency will release the important dates for IIFT 2021 anytime soon. IIFT 2021 important dates will specify the complete schedule for the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade entrance test for MBA programs. The IIFT important dates 2021 also prescribe the start and end date to submit the online application form. As per the tentative IIFT schedule, the entrance test will be conducted in the first week of December 2020 in Computer Based Mode (CBT) . The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the IIFT 2021 registration anytime soon. Those who aim to take admission in Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program can apply for IIFT on or before the first week of November 2020. Meanwhile, the conducting body will also provide the “Image correction window” which will be notified. IIFT 2021 application form has to be filled via online mode only. While filling IIFT online application form, candidates need to pay the amount of application fee of Rs 2000 (for General/ OBC category candidates) and Rs 1000 for reserved category candidates (SC/ ST/ PH). what should be my Sectional cutoff in iift exam 2020
This is the sectional cutoff of IIFT exam 2020:
Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension 18-20
Quantitative Analysis 16-20
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning 18-20
General Awareness (GK) 8-10
This sectional cutoff is for Delhi IIFT. So for other IIFTs it will be slightly lower.
Is iift consider your past academics record
- Hey, acccording to my opinion IIFT does not consider your past academics record . iift consider your good percentile WAT,PI and GD scores .if you are clear sectional cutoff and over all cutoff then you are eligible for shortlisted candidates .i think IIFT DELHI AND KOLKATA ARE THE GOOD CAMPUS . I THINK YOU SHOULD SCORES GOOD PERCENTILE THEN ACADEMIC RECORD DOES NOT MATTER FOR YOU FIRST YOU SHOULD GIVE TOTAL FOCUS TOWARD ENTRANCE EXAM.....
3.5 months are enough to crack CAT and IIFT exams ? Can anyone suggest me the study plan ? I am targetting maximum 97% in CAT and 145 marks in IIFT.

If you are preparing for CAT exam on a serious note, there won't be any problem preparing for IIFT too, provided you know the correct strategy for it! only the strategy of how you should play in the required format changes. So is the case with IIFT and other similar entrance exams apart from the CAT.
Firstly, from this year onwards, IIFT is conducted by NTA, so for the first time this year, IIFT will be conducted online just like any other MBA entrance exams! So there are two pros mainly I can think of -
- We don't have to spend our time circling the answers.
- We don't have to separately get accustomed to the paper based format from now.
This exam mainly consists of six sections -
- Reading Comprehension
- Verbal Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- Quantitative Ability
