    Candidates who are shortlisted will have to appear for a personal interview (PI). The personal interview will take approximately 15 minutes per candidate. The entire process lasts half a day (morning or afternoon). During the PI process, the panel will evaluate candidates' academic efforts and mindset, general awareness and social mindset, attitude, personality and communication skills, and overall suitability for the project.
