NMIMS NPAT BBA Selection Procedure 2026

Candidates who will obtain a valid score in the NMIMS NPAT BBA 2026 will be eligible to appear for further rounds of the selection process. Candidates must note that they have to follow all the instructions set up by the authorities at all times. It should also be noted that they should carry all the necessary documents to the NMIMS NPAT BBA counselling centres.

Important Points About the NPAT BBA 2026 Selection Process

• Candidate can attempt a maximum of 2 RETAKES in any selected category i.e. (1st main test plus 2 retakes). The highest marks among the total attempts will be considered for preparing the result.
• Candidates who have registered for Phase-1 are required to appear atleast once in Phase-1, or they may also attempt all 03 attempts (main + 2 retakes) in Phase-1. or They can attempt Retake/s (Retake-1 / Retake-2) in Phase-2.
• Merit list for of Phase-1 will be declared based on the candidates highest score, and they will have the first opportunity to be admitted before the deadline.
• Merit list for Phase-2, which includes Phase-1 candidates also, will be prepared based on the most recent best score across all attempts.

NMIMS NPAT BBA Counselling Procedure 2026

Eligible candidates will be called for the NMIMS NPAT BBA 2026 selection procedure, after the declaration of NMIMS BBA exam results. Candidates can check the below mentioned details to know more about the NMIMS NPAT BBA selection process 2026.

• The first merit list will be prepared as per the marks scored by the candidates and the choice filling made by them.
• Candidates who have cleared the counselling procedure after the first merit list announcement will have to pay the NMIMS NPAT BBA 2026 fees to confirm their admission acceptance after the selection process.
• Candidates who are on the waiting list have to check their status regularly. The selected candidates have to report and make fee submission within the given timeline. If they fail in doing so within the stipulated time, their admission will be cancelled.
• Candidates will be offered with admission only in one college at a time. If the candidate is selected in more than one colleges and has confirmed admission in one college and further wants to get admission in another college, then he/she has to cancel his/her admission before proceeding for admission to another college of his preference.

Important Points about NMIMS NPAT BBA Selection Procedure 2026

• Merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidate in the NMIMS NPAT 2026.
• The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
• Candidates are required to update 12th or equivalent exam or predicted marks after the admission process.
• Candidate will not be considered for merit list if they fail to update the correct information in the online registration form.
• It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that correct marks are entered.
• At any given point of time, if it is found that the information given by candidate i.e 12th or equivalent exam is incorrect, the candidate admission will be cancelled and fees will be refunded as per prescribed refund rules.
• It is mandatory for every selected candidate to attend the counselling procedure to get NMIMS admission.
• Candidates should not forget carrying the necessary documents at the time of NMIMS NPAT counselling 2026. Documents like admission letter, NMIMS NPAT BBA scorecard, documents related to high school and intermediate should be carried by the candidates.
• To confirm their admission in their preferred college within the given dates, the candidates should pay the admission fee, failing to which the admission will be considered rejected.
• If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/her in the application form is incorrect, his/her admission to the course, even if selected, will stand cancelled and fees will be forfeited.
• Canvassing in any form for admission will disqualify the candidate.
• For cancellation/ withdrawal of admission: Withdrawal/cancellation means voluntary withdrawal / cancellation by candidate for any reason. Candidates have to send an email at admissioncancellation@nmims.edu, a soft copy of admission cancellation form duly filled and signed (form available on the official website, a fee receipt copy and cancelled cheque (personal account only).
• Candidate’s documents will be verified at the time of admission (if selected) & if found not eligible, admission will be cancelled and fees will be forfeited. NMIMS has full right to disqualify a candidate at any stage of the admission process if found ineligible.
• It is the sole responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualification for the admission to the courses at NMIMS.
