BUMAT Eligibility CriteriaBUMAT Eligibility Criteria 2018 - Bharati Vidyapeeth University has prescribed the eligibility criteria of BUMAT 2018. Candidates must check the BUMAT eligibility criteria 2018 before filling the application form. As per the BUMAT 2018 eligibility criteria, the candidate should have cleared HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum score prescribed by the officials of BVU. If a candidate is found ineligible for the registrations, his/her application form will be rejected by the officials. BUMAT is a national level test conducted by BVU for admissions to its BBA programme. The BUMAT 2018 application process had started from February 2, 2018. BUMAT 2018 will be conducted on June 3, 2018 across 13 exam centres. The BBA programme of BVU has a total of 870 BBA seats in 7 institutes affiliated to BVU. The result of BUMAT 2018 will be announced on June 15, 2018 followed by BUMAT counselling process.


BUMAT Eligibility Criteria 2018

As mentioned in the official brochure, a candidate must fulfill the below given criteria to be able to apply for BUMAT 2018. The eligibility criteria are:

  • Candidates must be Indian nationals.

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear for BUMAT Exam.

  • A candidate registering for the BBA/BCA programme must have passed higher secondary, which is 10+2, from any recognised Board or a statutory board situated in India.

  • Candidates must have secured minimum 45 per cent at HSC level.

  • SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of five per cent. They need to have minimum 40 per cent marks at HSC level.

  • Candidates who have to appear in the qualifying examination, which is HSC, and are waiting for their results are also eligible to apply. Such candidates must have completed all the examinations including vivas or assignments before the day of admission to the institute of their choice.

Documents as a proof of BUMAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Once an eligible candidate registers for the test, s/he would be required to submit the requisite documents at the later stage of the admissions. They are required to produce their mark-sheets at the time of admission. However, the admissions will remain provisional until all the documents along with the passing certificate and mark sheets are submitted before the deadline.

The eligibility criteria of BUMAT 2018 can be checked by the following documents which are to be submitted by the candidates at the time of BUMAT Counselling. The documents to be submitted as a proof of eligibility are-

(a) Mark-sheets of last qualifying examination which is 10+2 or XIIth standard

(b) Passing / Degree Certificate

Last date for Submission of Documents: The last date to submit all the certificates (except the statement of marks) in original is August 10, 2018. If certificates are not submitted by the said date or the BUMAT eligibility is not granted, the admission would automatically stand cancelled.

Once a candidate has checked the BUMAT 2018 eligibility criteria, and fits into the criteria, s/he can fill the BUMAT application form 2018 before May 30, 2018 on the official website of BUMAT. No, In BUMAT there is no negative marking. But accuracy does matter. Try to solve as much as questions possible with 100% accuracy to get a good rank.
