As mentioned in the official brochure, a candidate must fulfill the below given criteria to be able to apply for BUMAT 2019. The eligibility criteria are:
Candidates must be Indian nationals.
Age Limit: The University has set no age limit for BUMAT Exam.
For BBA/BCA programme, candidates must have passed 10+2, from any recognised or statutory board in India.
Candidates must have secured minimum 45 per cent at HSC level.
SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of five per cent. They need to have a minimum of 40 per cent marks at HSC level.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (10+2) are also eligible to apply. Such candidates would need to pass all the exams including vivas or assignments before admission.
Documents as proof of BUMAT 2019 Eligibility CriteriaOnce eligible candidates register for the test, they would be required to submit the requisite documents at the later stage of the admissions. Candidates would need to produce their mark sheets at the time of admission. However, the admissions will remain provisional until all the documents along with the passing certificate/s and mark sheets are submitted.The eligibility criteria of BUMAT 2019 can be checked by the following documents which are to be submitted by the candidates at the time of BUMAT Counselling. The documents to be submitted as proof of eligibility are -(a) Mark-sheets of last qualifying examination (10+2)(b) Passing/Degree CertificateLast date for Submission of Documents: The last date to submit all the certificates (except the statement of marks) in original is August 10, 2019. The University will cancel the admission if the prescribed certificates are not submitted on the pre-mentioned date or the eligibility is not granted.
What after BUMAT Eligibility Criteria 2019?The candidates who fit the BUMAT 2019 eligibility criteria were able to fill the BUMAT application form 2019 till May 30, 2019. The University made the application form available both online and offline modes. The application fee is Rs. 1200.
BUMAT 2019 was conducted on June 2, 2019 at 13 exam centres across India. The BBA programme of BVU has a total of 870 BBA seats in 7 institutes affiliated to BVU.

performance in the exam and calls the selected candidates for the
counselling process. Candidates will be offered spot admissions as per
their preferred program or institute. The counselling process will start

Some prominent recruiters of the institute are- HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, IBM, Wipro, Deloitte etc.
The institute offers three years BBA and BCA program. The minimum eligibility to apply for BBA and BCA is a candidate must have completed 10+2 in the relevant stream.
Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in BU-MAT entrance exam, conducted by the University.
BUMAT conducts in the month of June every year. It consists of 200 multiple choice questions of one mark each with four alternatives for each, with only one right / probable choice. There is no negative marking. It has four sections such as Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning / Logical Aptitude, Verbal ability, and Reading Comprehension.

You might just get admission in BBA course, but it depends on the merit list .
Since they have total 870 seats ,the college does not release any BUMAT cutoff but instead of that the universitycalls students for the further counselling rounds on the basis of merit list.
