In general, you cannot pursue a BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) directly after 10th grade and a mechanic diploma . Here’s why:
- Minimum Qualification – A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) requires at least 12th grade (Higher Secondary Certificate - HSC or equivalent) .
- Diploma Recognition – Some universities accept a 3-year diploma after 10th as equivalent to 12th for admission, but this depends on the institution.
- Alternative Path – If your diploma is not accepted, you may need to complete 12th grade before applying for BBA HRM.
- Check University Criteria – Always verify admission requirements with the chosen university.

Yes, you can join IIMC's BBA course if you meet the eligibility criteria. However, IIMC (Indian Institute of Mass Communication) does not offer BBA; you might be referring to IIM (Indian Institutes of Management),which offer *Integrated BBA+MBA (IPM) programs. Admission is through IPMAT (IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak) or other entrance exams like JIPMAT (for IIM Bodh Gaya, Jammu)
