Yes, you can join IIMC's BBA course if you meet the eligibility criteria. However, IIMC (Indian Institute of Mass Communication) does not offer BBA; you might be referring to IIM (Indian Institutes of Management),which offer *Integrated BBA+MBA (IPM) programs. Admission is through IPMAT (IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak) or other entrance exams like JIPMAT (for IIM Bodh Gaya, Jammu)
