NMIMS Online MBA Admission 2026 Important Dates

NMIMS Online has released the schedule for its online MBA admission 2026. Interested candidates are advised to submit their application before the closure of admission. The last date for NMIMS Online MBA Admission 2026 is March 16, 2026.

NMIMS Admission Process for Online MBA

Admission to NMIMS Online MBA is an online process. Candidates are required to follow all the instructions to apply for admission.

Additional Requirements

As per UGC guidelines, applicants need to create the following IDs before completing the admission form:

• Academic Bank of Credits Identification Number (ABC ID)
• Distance Education Bureau Identification Number (DEB ID)

Note: The ABC ID is essential for creating the DEB ID. Without these, admission applications will not be accepted.

NMIMS Online MBA Admission 2026 Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay the admission processing fee online at the time of application process.

• Admission Processing Fee of Rs 1,200 applicable for all admissions.

• An initial amount of Rs 10,000 from the programme fee will be collected at the time of registration.

• Exam fee: Rs 800 per subject per attempt

• Project fee: Rs 800 per exam attempt.

• Students also have the option to pay the full program fee of Rs 196,000 if they prefer.

NMIMS Online MBA Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in pursuing the NMIMS Online MBA programmes must meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

Admission Cancellation and Refund Policy

Candidates should know the admission cancellation and refund policy before applying for the NMIMS Online MBA programme.

• The Admission Processing Fee / Registration fee of Rs 1,200/- is non-refundable.

• Candidate who made payment of Registration fee and Initial amount and opt for Registration cancellation, deduction applicable will be:

• If document verification is processed - Rs 800/-

• If document verification not processed - 0/-

• Candidates who made payment over and above Registration and Initial amount and opts for Registration Cancellation, deduction applicable will be:

• Complete payment / Down payment – Rs 1,000/-

• Instalment payment – Rs 2,500/-

Note: Admission Cancellation request can be processed only when student is admitted to the University (student number is generated) and the request is received within the stipulated dates as announced by the University on the website for every admission cycle from time to time, whether the Student has paid Semester fee or Annual Fee.

NMIMS Online MBA Refund Policy

Students will get a refund amount in a point of time when notice of withdrawal of admission is served to HEI.

• Candidates will get the refund amount back either via cheque/DD or to the same account from which the payment was made, as mentioned by the candidate or student in the Admission/Registration Cancellation Form submitted.

• Students who paid the complete programme fee at the time of admission can apply for Admission Cancellation within a year. Deduction applicable will be Annual fee.
