DU JAT Selection ProcedureDU JAT Selection Procedure 2017 – The selection procedure of DU JAT 2017 is for those candidates who will score marks as per the cut off. The DU JAT 2017 selection procedure is conducted by the University of Delhi. The selection procedure of DU JAT 2017 will start after candidates take the DU JAT and results has declared on July 18. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in DU JAT and Class XII board exam. DU JAT 2017 was held on July 9, 2017.

DU JAT 2017 Selection Procedure Parameters

 

Candidates who appeared for DU JAT 2017 will only be eligible for DU JAT 2017 selection procedure. According to the University of Delhi, the selection procedure of DU JAT 2017 is divided into two parts.

 

The final selection for DU JAT 2017 will be made on the basis of the following parameters and weight-ages:

 The DU JAT Selection procedure 2017 is applicable to the following programmes:

  • Bachelor of Management Studies

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis)

  • B.A.(Hons) Business Economics

After candidates are shortlisted for the next selection procedure they have to follow some instructions. Below  candidates can find some important instructions:

  • The selected candidates will have to visit the of Delhi University website for exercising the option of college/course selection.

  • There is no counselling process. The allotment of course/college will be done by the University based on the option exercised by the applicants, which would be final and no change is allowed at any stage.

Documents required at the time of final admissions to BMS, BBA(FIA) and BA (H) Business Economics Programs following the DU JAT 2017:

  • Candidates have to carry the admit card with attested photograph and its photocopy.

  • One attested copy of Senior Secondary Examination mark sheet

  • A General category candidate should have minimum 60% marks, while for OBC it is 54% and 55% for CW &PWD.

  • One attested photocopy of the confirmed result of qualifying exam (XIIth standard).

  • Original certificate that states a candidate belongs to the particular category

  • Latest Income Certificate of the parents (applicable only to the candidates belonging to OBC category) original and one self-attested photocopy.

  • Class X Board Examination Certificate

  • Class X Marks-Sheet

  • Class XII Marks-Sheet

  • Class XII Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate

  • Character Certificate (recent)

  • SC/ST/PWD/CW Certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Candidate) issued by competent authority. In case the OBC Certificate is before 1st April 2015, then a proof for the Non-Creamy Layer Status.

  • Transfer Certificate from school/college as well as Migration Certificate from Board / University are required from those students who have passed senior secondary exam from outside Delhi

  • At least two passport size self-attested photographs.

The candidates have to bring the original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopy.
