Careers360: Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested in or did you switch?

Jithin Mohan: I work in the talent solutions and recruitment industry, with a specialization in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). As the Vertical Head – Sales at The Adecco Group India, one of the world’s largest talent solutions companies, I lead enterprise sales initiatives focused on scalable hiring solutions across various sectors.

Although my initial interest was in general business and management, I discovered a strong passion for talent strategy and human capital development early in my career. This field uniquely combines relationship management, strategic thinking, and measurable business impact—areas that have always resonated with me. While I hadn’t originally planned to pursue a career in HR solutions, the transition happened organically and has turned out to be a perfect alignment with my strengths and long-term aspirations.
