The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), a premier B-School in Hyderabad successfully inaugurated its two-day National Management Fest, SANSKRITI 2K26, on 29 and 30 January 2026 at IPE Shamirpet Campus, witnessing vibrant participation from management institutions across the country.
The inaugural session was graced by Shri B Sanil Kumar, Regional General Manager, Bank of Baroda, as Guest of Honour. In his address, he fondly recalled his student days and emphasized the values of passion, empathy, and perseverance in shaping successful professional journeys. Encouraging students to remain committed to their goals, he congratulated the organizing team and formally declared SANSKRITI 2K26 open.

Welcoming the gathering, Prof S Sreenivasa Murthy, Director, IPE, highlighted the significance of SANSKRITI as a flagship student-driven initiative that fosters experiential learning, leadership, and professional competence. Prof V Srikanth, Dean-Academics, reflected on IPE's academic legacy and urged students to uphold the spirit of healthy competition. Prof Ch Lakshmi Kumari, Dean-Research, spoke about the diversity of management events curated for the fest, while Dr Rajkumar Pillay, Coordinator-Student Affairs, appreciated the dedication and teamwork of the student organizers. Student representatives Ms Tanusha Somisetty, Ms Abhiseka Dash, and Mr Varun Kodangal shared insights into the planning and execution of the fest.
The fest featured nine competitive events including Shastra, Agragami, Nivesh, Shabdsagar, Kurukshetra, Ranbhoomi, Ikshit, Tarang, Hipe, and Indradhanush along with cultural, photography, and informal events. While the first day was dedicated to management competitions, the second day showcased vibrant cultural performances, including music, dance, and fashion shows.
Around 1,500 students from management institutions across India participated, making SANSKRITI 2K26 a resounding success. The event supported by was NMDC as the Title Sponsor, and others such as Bank of Baroda, SBI, HDFC Bank, Nooty Law Office, Sri Durga Travels, GSR Hospitality Services, Kuhoo, and Praneet Industries as Associate Sponsors, with The Hindu as the Media Partner.
