Before filling the application form, candidates must adhere to its MNIT Jaipur MBA eligibility.

Minimum eligibility criteria - Candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Architecture, Agricultural or Computer Applications or Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Economics while scoring minimum CGPA of 6.5 on the scale of 10 point (60% marks, only where CGPA is not awarded) with a relaxation for SC/ ST implying minimum of 6.0 on the scale of 10 point (55% marks, only where CGPA is not awarded).

• The selection process for MNIT Jaipur MBA admission commences from May 1 for the forthcoming academic session. The institute invites only online applications for the eligible candidates interested in joining the MNIT Jaipur MBA courses. The department, after receipt of applications, invites the candidates, who shall be fulfilling the specified minimum requirements, online interviews to be held in online mode in two rounds (in May 2025 and June 2025) as per the notified schedule.
• The candidates interested in MNIT Jaipur MBA programme will be required to submit an online application form with requisite application fees. Candidates are advised to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before submitting application fees. • Candidates who have filled their MNIT Jaipur MBA application form, till the last date for round 1, will be called for the first round of online interviews as per the provided schedule.
• A score is computed for each candidate (as per the approved comprehensive selection criteria), based upon which a merit list is prepared for selection of the candidates for admission to the MNIT Jaipur MBA programme.
• Candidates appearing for the round 1 of the online interviews are clearing cutoffs as per the merit list will be offered admission to the programme as per their applied categories
• Candidates offered admission after round 1 will have to submit online their acceptance of the admission offer along with full fees for the first semester before the specified last date. A provisional admission letter will be generated online which the candidates are required to download for their record and for further process of their MNIT MBA admission. Failure to accept the admission offer and submission of fees within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the admission offer and the seat will be made vacant in the subsequent rounds of the admission process.
• Candidates who have filled their MNIT Jaipur application form after the last date for round 1 and till the last date of application form round 2 will be called for the second round of online interview as per schedule.
• The merit list of candidates appearing in the second round of online interview will be merged with the merit list of the candidates (excluding those who have been offered admission in round 1) from the round 1 of online interviews. Those who have a combined merit list will be offered admission after round 2 as per the vacancy of seats under various categories and the cutoffs for the combined merit list.
• Candidates offered admission after the second round will have to submit ONLINE their acceptance of the admission offer along with the full fees for the first semester within stipulated date. A provisional admission letter will be generated online which the candidates are required to download for their record and for further processing of the admissions. Failure to accept the admission offer and submission of fees within stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the MNIT Jaipur MBA admission offer and the seat will be made vacant in subsequent admission process
• Waitlist 1 of selection may be issued in case there are vacant seats after round 2 (including seats failing vacant due to cancellation of admission). Candidates from the combined merit list after the second round of online interview (who are not offered admission in any round till date) will be offered admission as per merit list against the vacant seats. Such candidates will be required to submit their acceptance of the admission offer and pay the full fees for the first semester within stipulated time.
• Those who wish to cancel their admission, they can do so by applying in writing to this effect before the last date specified for cancellation of MNIT Jaipur MBA admission. Such candidates will forfeit their claim for admission and will not be considered for admission offers in any subsequent rounds.
• In case there are any seats left vacant after the last date of admission cancellation, a waitlist 2 will be issued and candidates from the combined merit list after the second round of online interview will be offered admission as per merit list against these vacant seats. Such candidates will be required to submit their acceptance of the admission offer and pay the full fees for the first semester within stipulated time. However, candidates accepting the offer of admission against these seats will not be allowed to candidate their MNIT Jaipur MBA admission
• Admitted candidates will be required to register on the institute ERP as per the academic calendar of the institute by producing the provisional admission letter, proof of the payment of first semester fees and all documents in evidence of eligibility claim. Failure to register on MNIT ERP as per schedule will lead to termination of the admission.
