Funds of Rs 7,50,000 each, for high-potential management candidates will be made available till January 31, 2026. Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) has announced The Padode Foundation Scholarship, a merit-based financial aid initiative created to encourage high potential management candidates. JAGSoM, recently awarded The Best B-school for Emerging Leaders by Business World, has been given access to the Foundation’s endowment fund to recognise and reward rising-stars in their bid to shape the next generation of CXOs.

After having all their 4 PG Diploma in Management specialisations(Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics & HR) ranked in QS Global Rankings 2026, JAGSoM has closed their Round 2 of admissions with a YoY growth of 300%. In view of this application intake, The Padode Foundation Scholarship is going to be offered to a limited, selected group of applicants, after a holistic review of their candidature.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Prof. Edwin Moses, CEO of JAGSoM said, “This scholarship is about recognising potential early, backing it with meaningful financial support and building a cohort that raises the bar in the classroom. We want strong candidates to choose JAGSoM with confidence and clarity, and it is in our DNA to recognise and support leaders in the making.”
Candidates will go through several layers of evaluation. This holistic review will include: - National Competitive examination score (eligibility gate)
- ASP performance markers
- Evidence of leadership, including: intent clarity, communication and presence - Academic consistency across Class 12 and undergraduate performance
JAGSoM will maintain an open merit list framework internally, year-on-year, in pursuit of its commitment to produce high calibre management leaders. The B-school, ranked #2 B-School in Bangalore behind IIM, plans to share a structured performance snapshot with ASP participants as part of this merit list.
Applicants must submit their application and complete the ASP process by 31st January 2026 to be considered for the current scholarship window. Scholarship decisions will be based on eligibility and holistic evaluation markers, and the final Merit List is expected by the 7th of February, 2026.
