Careers360: Tell us something about yourself such as from which place are you from?
Sudheep: I am Sudheep, and I am from Nellore, AP. I am a passionate and enthusiastic student with a keen interest in business, management, and developing practical skills that will help me in my future career.

Careers360: Presently which course are you pursuing and in which year are you?
Sudheep: I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and I am in my 2nd year.
Careers360: Did you face any difficulty in the initial months when you joined the institute?
Sudheep: Yes, in the beginning, I faced some challenges adjusting to a new environment and academic pattern. Managing time and understanding subjects was a bit difficult initially, but with the help of faculty and friends, I adapted quickly.
Careers360: What activities are offered in the institute? Are there any clubs for extracurricular activities? Which ones have you taken up?
Sudheep: The institute offers activities like cultural events, fests, workshops, and seminars. There are clubs such as marketing, finance, cultural, and sports. I am part of the sports club and have participated in events, which improved my communication and teamwork skills.
Careers360: Describe a typical day at your institute. What do you do from the time you wake up till you go to sleep?
Sudheep: My day starts with getting ready and attending classes. Throughout the day, I engage in lectures, group discussions, and practical sessions. After classes, I spend time on assignments and projects. In the evening, I relax with friends, sometimes have tea in the cafeteria, and later prepare for the next day before going to sleep.
Careers360: Tell us about the faculty-student ratio and relationship.
Sudheep: The faculty-student ratio is well-maintained, which allows individual attention to students. The faculty members are very friendly, approachable, and always ready to guide us both academically and personally.
Careers360: What facilities do you have in the campus? What do you like the most?
Sudheep: The campus provides facilities like smart classrooms, library, computer labs, cafeteria, and sports areas. What I like the most is the learning environment and the supportive atmosphere that encourages overall development.
Careers360: How comfortable are your hostels and how about the cleanliness factor over there?
Sudheep: The hostel facilities are quite comfortable and student-friendly. Rooms are well-maintained, and cleanliness is given high priority with regular cleaning of rooms and common areas. However, during mornings, there can be some waiting time due to rush.
Careers360: What about the medical facilities? Can you avail requisite medical attention if needed in an emergency?
Sudheep: Yes, basic medical facilities are available on campus, and in case of emergencies, nearby hospitals are easily accessible, ensuring students get timely medical attention.
Careers360: How do you balance your studies, projects, exams and other activities?
Sudheep: I manage my time by planning my schedule in advance. I prioritize my tasks, complete assignments on time, and still make sure to participate in extracurricular activities. This helps me maintain a good balance.
Careers360: Tell us about the clubs and societies at the campus and how significant are they?
Sudheep: Clubs and societies like marketing, CSR, finance, HR,sports play an important role in overall development. They help students enhance their skills, build confidence, and gain practical exposure. Being part of these clubs has improved my teamwork and leadership abilities.
Careers360: Is there any in-house magazine or journal for the latest events or happenings at the institute?

Sudheep: In my leisure time, I usually spend time with friends, either in the cafeteria having tea or in common areas. Sometimes, I also relax, listen to music, or participate in fun activities.

Sudheep: Yes, there are social media pages and groups where students share their experiences, ideas, achievements, and sometimes even fun content related to campus life.
Careers360: What type of companies come for campus recruitment and what percentage of students get placed every year? How is the recruitment process?
Sudheep: Various companies from sectors like marketing, finance, HR, and sales like Nyka ,ivy homes, happy equity,fincart and till many visit the campus for recruitment. A good percentage of students get placed every year. The recruitment process usually includes aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
