Careers360: Tell us something about yourself such as from which place are you from?
Sushritha K.N.: Myself Sushritha. I am from Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. I have completed my BBA from Chanakya University. I come from a commerce and management background, and I have a strong interest in Human Resources and public speaking. I enjoy interacting with people, learning new things, and improving my communication skills.
Careers360: Presently which course are you pursuing and in which year are you?
Sushritha K.N.: Currently, I am pursuing PGDM, and I am in my 1st year. My specialization is in HR. This course is helping me understand how organizations work, how to manage people, and how to build professional skills through practical learning.
Careers360: Did you face any difficulty in the initial months when you joined the institute?
Sushritha K.N.: Yes, in the beginning it was a little difficult to adjust. The schedule was new, and everything was happening very fast. But slowly, I got used to it by talking to classmates, managing my time better, and staying regular with my work. Now I feel comfortable and more confident.
Careers360: What activities are offered in the institute? Are there any clubs etc? Which ones are you part of?
Sushritha K.N.: There are many activities in the college apart from studies. We have different clubs like HR, Marketing, Cultural, and Sports clubs. There are also events like fests, competitions, and CSR activities. I actively take part in HR-related activities, cultural events, and anything related to public speaking. These activities help me improve my confidence, teamwork, and communication skills.
Careers360: Describe a typical day at your institute.
Sushritha K.N.: I usually wake up in the morning and get ready for college. Classes start around 9:30, so I reach a bit early. The day includes lectures, presentations, and group discussions. After classes, I spend time on assignments, projects, or club activities. Sometimes I also relax with friends. In the evening, I unwind a bit and later revise or complete pending work. It’s a busy but productive routine.
Careers360: Tell us about faculty-student ratio and relationship
Sushritha K.N.: The faculty-student ratio is good, so we get proper attention in class. The faculty members are very friendly and supportive. We can easily approach them for doubts or guidance. They also guide us in career-related decisions, not just academics, which makes the learning environment very comfortable.
Careers360: What facilities do you have on campus? What do you like most?
Sushritha K.N.: The campus has all the basic facilities like Wi-Fi, library, sports area, gym, and spaces for activities like yoga and dance. What I like the most is that the college focuses not only on studies but also on overall development like fitness, communication, and personality building.
Careers360: How are the hostel facilities and cleanliness?
Sushritha K.N.: The hostel is comfortable and has all the basic facilities required for students. Rooms are decent, and cleanliness is maintained regularly. Overall, it is a good and safe place to stay.
Careers360: What about medical facilities?
Sushritha K.N.: Basic medical support is available, and in case of emergency, nearby hospitals and clinics are easily accessible. So we feel safe knowing help is available when needed.
Careers360: How do you balance studies, exams, and activities?
Sushritha K.N.: I try to keep things simple. I attend classes regularly and complete my assignments on time. During exams, I focus more on studying. For projects, I try not to delay and do work step by step. I also take small breaks and spend time with friends so I don’t feel stressed.
Careers360: Tell us about clubs and their importance
Sushritha K.N.: Clubs play an important role in student life. We have different clubs for academics, sports, and cultural activities. They help us learn practical skills like teamwork, leadership, and communication. We also get chances to organize events and participate in competitions, which is very useful for our growth.
Careers360: Is there any in-house magazine or journal?
Sushritha K.N.: Yes, the institute has an in-house research journal called IRE. It gives students a chance to share their ideas and research work. It is helpful for improving knowledge and building a strong academic profile.
Careers360: What are the popular hangout places?
Sushritha K.N.: On campus, students usually hang out in the canteen, common areas, and open spaces.

Sushritha K.N.: In my free time, I usually spend time with friends, talk, relax, or participate in activities. Sometimes I listen to music or just take a break from studies. It helps me feel refreshed and maintain balance.

Sushritha K.N.: Yes, the college has social media pages where students share updates, events, and fun moments. Students also post their ideas, creativity, and experiences, which keeps everyone connected.
Careers360: What type of companies come for placements? How is the process?
Sushritha K.N.: Different types of companies come for placements, including marketing, HR, sales, operations, and analytics roles. The placement process usually includes aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews. The college also provides training like mock interviews and resume building to help students prepare better.
