DTU BBA Selection Process 2026
BBA admission is offered based on the candidate’s marks obtained in CUET UG exam and in class 12. Aspirants who have qualified the CUET UG entrance exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency are eligible for DTU BBA 2026 admission. The successfully registered and eligible candidates are called for BBA counselling and are offered admission. After the final admission process, the candidates have to pay the program fee as prescribed by the authorities.

The authorities at Delhi Technological University prepare the DTU BBA 2026 merit list based on the scores obtained in the following combination of subjects in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates need to appear for DTU BBA 2026 counselling as per the schedule that will be released by the concerned authorities. The candidates are allotted seats strictly on the basis of the merit of the candidate, priority/choice of the institution/university filled in by the candidate and availability of seats in the respective category.
A candidate, who is allotted a seat in any round of counselling will be required to pay the part admission fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only) as per the payment mode that will be instructed by the DTU authorities. The payment needs to be made as per the admission schedule, failing which his/her allotted seat will stand automatically cancelled and the candidate will not be considered for subsequent rounds of DTU BBA 2026 seat allotment. However, such candidates will be eligible for a spot round of counselling.
Note: Special spot round may be conducted by the University separately after the spot round depending upon the availability of vacant seats.

Admission to Mumbai University colleges or St. Xavier’s through BBA is possible, but it depends mainly on your Class 12 marks and the cut-off list. Mumbai University–affiliated colleges usually give admission based on merit, and some colleges may also conduct an entrance test. St. Xavier’s follows a stricter process, where students must clear the entrance test and interview along with meeting a high cut-off. Simply applying does not guarantee admission. Your chances improve only if your board marks are strong and you prepare well for the entrance process. It is always better to apply to multiple colleges and keep backup options instead of depending on one institution alone.
