NBSAT 2025 Exam: Dates, Registration, Syllabus, Pattern, Admit Card, Result

Narayana Business School (NBS) commenced NBSAT registrations 2025 in online mode on the official website- admission.nbs.edu.in. The NBSAT 2025 application deadline is November 26, 2024 (Phase 1). Know how to fill the application for the NBSAT exam below.

• NBSAT application fee is non-refundable.
• Email ID submitted at the time of NBSAT registration will be used for all correspondence until NBSAT enrolment is completed. Change in Email address will not be permitted under any circumstances.

How to fill NBSAT application form 2025?

NBSAT application form is available in online mode on the official website. Candidates can refer to the following steps to fill NBSAT online application form.

Step 1- Visit the official website of NBSAT- admission.nbs.edu.in
Step 2- Click on the “Apply Now” tab and enter the name, email ID, mobile number, password, state, city, and course
Step 3- Now click on the “I agree” check box and register for the exam
Step 4- Fill the NBSAT 2025 application form with academic details
Step 5- Upload required documents (scanned photograph and signature) in prescribed dimensions
Step 6- Pay the NBSAT application fee of Rs 1,000 by using debit/ credit card or net banking
Step 7- Review all the entered details in NBSAT application form and submit it

To appear for NBSAT 2025, candidates must be eligible and meet the Narayana Business School (NBS) defined eligibility criteria for the exam. Candidates must note that the eligibility criteria for the NBSAT exam and MBA admissions will differ. Check out the detailed NBSAT eligibility criteria 2025.

• Candidates should have completed their graduation from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance and must have secured a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled castes/ Scheduled tribes) candidates at graduation.
• Candidates appearing for the final year of graduation or equivalent qualification and are awaiting results are also eligible for NBSAT 2025.
• Candidates must have studied Mathematics/ Statistics at class 12th level. A graduation degree in Computer Applications, IT engineering, or Statistics would be an added advantage for the PGDM-DS-A program.
• Candidates must have studied Mathematics/ Statistics at class 12th level. A graduation degree in statistics, finance, or economics would be an added advantage for the PGDM-QF program.
• Work experience- There is no minimum or maximum work experience required to apply for NBS MBA/ PGDM program. However, having work experience will be an add-on advantage that irradiates the admission chances.

NBSAT 2025  will be conducted in the online proctored mode for a duration of two hours. As per the prescribed exam pattern of NBSAT 2025, a total of 100 questions will be asked from Quantitative Techniques (QT), Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy (DI & DA), Vocabulary & Analytical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension. Narayana Business School (NBS) will issue the NBSAT admit card 2025 to those candidates who complete the application process. NBSAT 2025 admit card will be available in online mode only on the official website. Candidates will be able to download the NBSAT admit card prior to the entrance test. 

NBSAT admit card is an important document that must be carried on the day of examination. Before starting the NBSAT entrance test, candidates will have to show the admit card of NBSAT to the proctored. Along with NBSAT admit card 2025 candidates will also have to show a valid original ID proof. NBSAT admit card contains details like the name of the candidate, photograph, exam date, and exam day instructions.

NBSAT important guidelines 2025

• The candidates are required to report online by 10:45 AM to undergo, user ID, password, and photo ID proof verification
• The duration of the test is 120 minutes (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
• After 11:00 AM, no candidates will be allowed to appear for the NBSAT 2025
• The NBSAT 2025 test will automatically close at 1:00 PM. No extra time will be allotted under any circumstances
• If a candidate is found using any unfair means will forfeit his/her chances of being considered for admission and also debarred from receiving NBSAT scorecard
• The scores published by NBS will be final and will not be subject to any appeal or revaluation

Narayana Business School will announce NBSAT result 2025 in the form of a merit list. Candidates can check the NBSAT 2025 result in online mode only by visiting the official website. Candidates will have to use their NBSAT login credentials to download the scorecard. Post declaration of NBSAT result 2025, the institute will begin the shortlisting criteria for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates who will clear the NBSAT 2025 entrance test will be called for GD and PI round.

Step 4- Check the NBSAT scorecard and click on the download tab
Step 5- Take a print out of NBSAT 2025 scorecard for future reference

Details mentioned on NBSAT scorecard 2025

NBSAT scorecard will contain the following details

• Name of the candidate
• Candidates NBSAT registration number
• Sectional scores
• Overall NBSAT score
• Result status

Candidates will be shortlisted for further admission process which includes GD and PI on the basis of overall NBSAT score. The cutoff for shortlisting is calculated separately for each MBA/ PGDM program on their overall NBSAT score.
