SPJIMR application form 2026 will soon be available at spjimr.org by September 2025. SPJIMR accepts both CAT and GMAT scores for PGDM admission. All students will be able to apply by filling out the application form for SPJIMR PGDM program and pay the application fee of Rs. 2,000. When filling out the SPJIMR application form, all candidates must go through the SPJIMR eligibility criteria which will help them decide whether they are fit to pursue a PGDM programme at SPJIMR or not. SPJIMR eligibility criteria can be further divided into three categories: Class 10 and 12 Grades, Graduation marksheets and Work Experience. Let us go through each one of them in detail:
Class 10 and 12 Marksheets/Certificates
The final percentage of Class 10 and 12 will be calculated based on the aggregate of all subject scores as mentioned on the marksheet, regardless of whether the university/board will consider those subjects or not.
In case, the board/university awards students with grades or CGPA, then the conversion rule will be followed as applicable. The conversion certificate must be furnished during the verification process, if shortlisted.
Graduation marksheets
All students must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by a recognised university/institute by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. One must ensure that their degree is of minimum three years of education after completing their HSC (10+2) or equivalent.
Candidates in their final year of graduation or have completed their graduation and are awaiting results can also apply. However, such candidates must obtain 50% marks or equivalent in the qualifying examination.

Work Experience (If applicable)
Having work experience is not mandatory to get admission to SPJIMR. Candidates with no work experience or with less than 5 years of work experience will also be eligible to apply.
Those with full-time work experience after graduation will be considered under this category. This means that candidates who have done internships/training/project work will not be considered under this category.
Lastly, all candidates must provide proof of work through salary slips and experience letters.
To apply for the SPJIMR 2026 PGDM program, candidates will need to submit an application form by visiting the official website. You will be required to fill out the online application form with your personal details, academic, work experience and upload necessary documents.
You can go through the following steps given below at the time of filling out the SPJIMR 2026 application form:
Step 1: Visit the official SPJIMR website, spjimr.org, and find the ‘Admission’ section and choose the specific program which you wish to apply for, such as PGDM, PGDM (BM) or GMP.
Step 2: Next, you will need to register on the “Admission” portal by creating an account and logging in with your credentials.
Step 3: You will now have to fill out the application form accurately by providing your details like academic record, work experience, achievement and professional goals.
Step 4: In the next step, you will need to upload all the necessary documents which will include: Class 10, 12 and Graduation marksheets/certificates, Passport, Aadhar or other Government-issued ID, Experience letters and proof of current employment, valid GMAT or CAT score and a recent passport-size photograph (coloured).
Step 5: In the final step, all candidates will be required to pay the SPJIMR application fees through either of the options: net banking, debit/credit card or UPI/wallets. Once you have filled the SPJIMR application form and paid the fee, you will have to submit the application.
Here is the list of documents that will be required for successfully submitting the SPJIMR 2026 application form for the PGDM program.
Photograph and signature of the candidate
Academic documents: Class 10, Class 12 and graduation transcripts and degree certificates.
SPJIMR will accept valid CAT or GMAT scores which will meet the SPJIMR cutoffs.
Lastly, candidates with work experience will only be accepted if they have 5 years of experience. (Internships/projects will not be counted).
To apply for the PGDM program, all applicants will need to fill out the online application form which is usually available from September onwards, every year. The application processing fee is Rs. 2,000. Keep in mind that the fee is subject to revision.
SJIMR offers two full-time programs, which include: Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and PGDM in Business Management (PGDM-BM). Let us look at both the programs in-depth.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
Duration: Two-year full time residential program
Key Focus Area: Provides a solid foundation in business principles and allows specialisation in several fields.
Specialization: Marketing, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain and Information Management.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) (PGDM-BM)
Duration: Two-year full time residential program
Key Focus Area: General management program where the curriculum focuses on foundational, functional and general management courses.
For a candidate to get admitted to SPJIMR via CAT 2025 will need an overall CAT percentile of 85 and a sectional percentile go 75 in VATC, QA and DILR. Additionally, all candidates will be evaluated based on their academic profile, achievements and work experience.
All candidates must note that SPJIMR will also consider GMAT scores along with bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks.

Admission to SPJIMR is strictly based on merit. The institute does not have any quota, management or otherwise.
To get into SPJIMR, candidates will need an overall CAT percentile of 85 and a sectional percentile go 75 in VATC, QA and DILR.
At the moment, there is no definite date of when the SPJIMR 2026 application will open or close. As per past year trends, one can expect that SPJIMR 2026 applications will open in September and close by November, 2025.

Hey princy,
Hope you are doing good, yes you can get in SP jain without giving CAT exams but you have to appear in GMAT exam because SP jain accepts only GMAT or CAT exams so you have to appear in one of them. No you can't get in SP jain on the basis of academic result.

The last date for filling the XAT application form for 2020 was extended till 10 December 2019. So, the last date is gone. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on 5 January 2020. You can apply to other MBA exams such as ATMA, MAT, MBA CET. Incase you want to apply for XAT 2021 you can expect the notification to come in the month of August 2020.
