• Candidates must have a 3-year bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

• Students in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply. Such candidates will have to submit the certificate of completion before the specified date in 2025.

Step 1 - Visit the official website of NIT Rourkela or click here

Step 2 - Register by entering the basic details like name, email ID, mobile number, password, etc. as shown in the picture below.

Step 3 - Now, log in by using the email ID and password created at the time of registration.

Step 4 - Subsequently, select the programme which is MBA, admission category (Regular), and click on the “Proceed” tab.

Step 5 - Now, select ‘Fill Up Application Form’ which will open a new page that will carry all the necessary information that candidates need to fill.

Step 6 - Enter all details as required like the department applied for, studentship category, upload signature and photograph as per specification, gender, marital status, reservation category, blood group, religion, country. Make sure that the details entered are precise and correct.

Step 7 - Click on the ‘Save & Continue’ tab to move to the next page and fill in further details of the NIT Rourkela MBA Admission 2025 application form

Step 8 - Later, the candidates have to enter further details like their residence, parental information, academic qualification as per the eligibility criteria, entrance exam in which the candidates have appeared, details of any past work experience, research work done by candidates in past etc.

NIT Rourkela MBA Selection Process 2025

The foremost requirement is that one must have appeared for the specified national-level MBA entrance test based on which the NIT Rourkela MBA CAT cut-off list is prepared. Based on the obtained NIT Rourkela cut off marks, career credentials and other achievements, the candidates will be called for GD/PI. The list of shortlisted candidates for GD and PI round will be released on the institute’s website.
