Candidates aspiring to take admission to NIT, Tiruchirappalli must fulfill the eligibility criteria of NIT Trichy MBA admission 2025 as mentioned below:

• Students must have appeared for the Common Admission Test (CAT exam).
• Aspirants must have a qualifying degree in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute.
• Candidates must have the minimum score as mentioned in the table below:

• Eligibility criteria for PwD candidates will apply if they belong to OC/OC-EWS/OBC/SC/ST.
• The above-mentioned percentage or CGPA must be the aggregate of all semesters.
• In case, the result of the qualifying examination is awaited, candidates will be granted admission on a provisional basis, provided they submit the necessary academic documents.
• Provisional certificates can be produced at the time of selection rounds in case the original certificate is not issued by the institute.
• Students who will be appearing in the final examination can also apply for admission.

National Institute of Technology, Trichy released the application form for the MBA program on January 24, 2025, in online mode. Students must adhere to the above-mentioned eligibility criteria before filling out the NIT Trichy application form.

How to fill the NIT Trichy MBA Application Form 2025?

Step 1 - Go to the official website of DoMS-NIT Trichy.
Step 2 - Find and click the "Admission --> MBA" link from the menu bar.
Step 3 - It will redirect the candidates to the registration page. From there, candidates have to enter the CAT details to register.
Step 4- Then it will take the candidates to SBI Collect page. In that, applicants have to pay the application fee.
Step 5- Next, log in through credentials and upload the screenshots.
Step 6 - Submit the filled NIT Trichy MBA application form and take the print of it.
Step 7 - Send the hard copy of the submitted application form along with the required documents by post to a valid address.

How to Fill NIT Trichy MBA Admission Registration Form?

Step 1 - Register on the official website

• Visit the official website.

• Click on tab ‘new registration’ to register by providing the following details:

  • CAT registration ID

  • First name

  • Password

• Click on the ‘submit’ tab and the page will redirect to remit the application fee through SBI collect.

Step 2 - Login through credentials and upload the screenshots

Now login by clicking on the ‘existing user’ tab and upload the screenshots of the completed transactions. Candidates will receive the confirmation mail for the same with 3-4 working days.

Step 3 - After confirmation fill out the application form

Once the confirmation mail is received, students will have to fill the required fields:

• Date of birth

• Choice of GD/PI centre from the following

  • Hyderabad

  • Delhi

Step 4 - Take the print of the application form

After successfully submitting the registration form, the screen will display the print version of the form for which candidates have to take the print for future references
