It is important for the candidates to fulfil the eligibility criteria of JKLU MET 2022. Candidates who do not adhere to the eligibility criteria might lose their candidature. Given below are the JKLU MET 2022 eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must be holding a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

• Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks (for general and OBC category candidates).

• Candidates belonging to other categories must have scored a minimum of 45% marks.

• Candidates who are in their final year are also eligible to apply for JKLU MET 2022.

• Candidates who have appeared for CAT, MAT, ATMA, XAT, or CMAT will not have to appear for JKLU MET.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for JKLU MET 2022.

Step 1 - Visit the official website or click here

Step 2 - Register on the website by entering name, email address and mobile number

Step 3 - Enter the OTP sent on the mobile number that was entered

Step 4 - Choose state and click on the ‘register’ tab.

Step 5 - Enter personal details like:

• Name

• Middle name

• Name

• Email address

• Mobile number

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Blood group

• Nationality

• Social category

• Are you differently abled?

Step 6 - Click on the ‘next’ tab and fill in the father’s details

• Father’s name

• Father’s email address (if any)

• Father’s phone number

• Father’s occupation

• Father’s designation

Step 7 - Now, Fill in mother's details

• Mother’s name

• Mother’s email address (if any)

• Mother’s phone number

• Mother’s occupation

• Mother’s designation

Step 8 - Subsequently, fill in the family annual income from the options.

Step 9 - Click on the ‘next’ tab and then fill the present address.

Step 10 - Now fill the address details such as house number and pincode

Step 11 - Select ‘yes’ if the permanent address is the same as the present address.

Step 12 - Click on the ‘next’ tab and complete the educational details like:

• Institute name

• Board/university

• Year of passing

• Result status

• Marking scheme, and

• Obtained CGPA/percentage

Step 13 - Click on the ‘next’ tab

Step 14 - Upload the required documents within the prescribed size mentioned below:

• Passport size photograph (512 kb)

• Upload signature (512 kb)

• 10th class certificate (1 MB)

• 12th certificate (1 MB)

• Graduation certificate (1 MB)

Step 15 - Now click on the ‘next’ tab

Step 16 - Read the declaration and enter name, parents’ name, and add the present date. Thereafter, click on the preview to confirm the information before agreeing to the declaration.

Step 17 - Pay the requisite fees for the examination either online or through voucher (if any)

JKLU MET Selection Process 2022

• The candidates will be shortlisted based on the scores of CAT, MAT, ATMA, XAT, or CMAT.

• Candidates will be shortlisted for the two rounds of interviews that will be conducted with the senior leaders of JKLU.

• Candidates can appear for a second round of interview only if they have cleared the first round.

• After the interview rounds, the final selection will be made based on the quality of interactions.

Given below in the table are the composite scores that will be calculated on the basis of the following components and their weightage:

• Written Examination - 70%

• Group Discussion - 10%

• Personal Interview - 20%

JKLU MET Counselling 2022

Shortlisted candidates will be eligible to attend the counselling rounds. Candidates are advised to attend the counselling process according to the date and centre mentioned. The candidates have to carry these following documents:

• Score card of CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT or JKLU MET

• Marksheet or passing certificate of class 10th/12th/ graduation

• Transfer certificate

• Character certificate

• Caste certificate (if any)

• Passport sized photograph

• Medical and domicile certificate
