Jain CMS Business School MBA Eligibility Criteria

Students who have a bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for MBA admissions. Also, candidates who have successfully cleared the competitive exams like NMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT with a valid score can apply, and are exempted from taking up written test but directly qualified for Essay Writing, Presentation and Personal Interview. Applicants can also sit for the Jain Entrance Test (JET 2026) who have not appeared for the above entrance exams. The JET entrance test includes a Written Test, Essay Writing, Presentation, along with a Personal Interview. Moreover, preference shall be given to candidates with work experience.

CMS Business School Selection Process 2026

The applicant(s) must appear for and clear the Jain Entrance Test (JET) process. The JET process includes:

1. Written Test – Online

• Candidate(s) without any competitive exam scores to appear for the written test. Candidate(s) shortlisted will qualify for next round(s).
• Candidate(s) are exempted from written test and directly qualify for next round(s) if they have a valid scores in any of the following: MAT score of 550 and above or NMAT score of 160 and above or CAT score of 50 percentile and above or GMAT score of 50 percentile and above or CMAT score of 50 percentile and above XAT score of 50 percentile and above.

2. Essay Writing – In Person only

3. Presentation – In Person only

4. Personal Interview – In Person only

For Candidate(s) appearing for Written Test:

• The candidate(s) must log in to the student dashboard to book the slot.

• The Candidate(s) must choose the Written Test slot from the available dates and times.

• Any request for a change in the dates for the Entrance Test will not be entertained.

• Only the candidate(s) shortlisted from the written test will be eligible to attend the next rounds of the JET process.

• Please note- The candidate must appear for the written test, failing which will lead to disqualification from the JET process.

For Candidate(s) qualified for Essay Writing, Presentation and Personal Interview:

• The candidate(s) must log in to the student dashboard to book the slot.

• The candidate(s) must book the slot for Essay writing + Presentation + Personal Interview from the available dates and times.

Jain CMS Business School MBA Fees 2026

MBA Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation & Family Business Management fees is Rs. 14,50,000, and for all other MBA (Single and Dual Specialisations) courses the fees is Rs. 13,30,000. Candidates will also have to pay Rs. 30,000/ as one-time university registration fees.
