Types of BBA admission based on Class 12 marks

There are two types of BBA admission offered by the management colleges/universities. Following are the types of admission given below.

  • Direct admission : Some of the private universities and colleges offer BBA admission based on the class 12 marks. There will not be any entrance exam conducted. Based on the cutoff marks set by the colleges, students need to meet for the admission. During direct BBA admission, the class 12 marks are the only option that helps the candidates grab BBA admission.

  • Entrance exam based admission : There are many universities/colleges that conduct the BBA entrance exam to offer admission into their colleges. For such admissions, class 12 marks are the only criteria for the candidates to be eligible for admission. Once they meet the required percentage as set by the colleges, their application will be considered. And then the marks scored in the BBA entrance exam will be considered for seat allotment/admission into the BBA program at those colleges.

St. Xavier’s follows a stricter process, where students must clear the entrance test and interview along with meeting a high cut-off. Simply applying does not guarantee admission. Your chances improve only if your board marks are strong and you prepare well for the entrance process. It is always better to apply to multiple colleges and keep backup options instead of depending on one institution alone.

does it have reservation for gujarat domicile students for admission in bba llb hons ?

Hello

With 81.75 marks in CLAT, getting RGNLU Patiala is possible but not fully guaranteed.
Your Punjab domicile gives you an advantage through the home-state quota.
In previous years, the cutoff has gone slightly higher, but it can drop in later rounds.
If your rank falls within the domicile/category cutoff, your chances improve.
Many students get seats during the second or third counselling rounds.
Final admission will depend on your rank, category seats, and choice filling.
