CAT 2024 exam pattern has been released by IIM Calcutta along with an official CAT notification. The CAT exam pattern and syllabus remain the same as in last year's CAT paper pattern. The CAT 2024 question paper will have a total of 66 multiple-choice questions with a time limit of 120 minutes. Each section (VARC, QA, and DILR) of the CAT exam will last 40 minutes. As per the CAT exam pattern, the total marks of the exam is about 198. CAT Exam Pattern 2024

In past few years, the CAT exam pattern has been modified several time by the conducting IIMs. However, since 2015, the CAT paper pattern has remain unchanged in terms of total marks, and total time duration. The CAT exam 2024 will be held on November 24, 2024. The CAT exam paper pattern is a mind-driven exam designed to test a candidate's ability to solve reasoning and mathematical questions accurately in the least amount of time.

CAT Total Marks

The CAT 2024 exam will be conducted in three slots of 2 hours (120 minutes) each on a single day. The CAT total marks will be 198 in total. However, candidates cannot switch between the CAT exam sections. The onscreen clock will help candidates to keep a check on the time during the CAT exam.

  • For each correct answer, three marks will be awarded.

How many levels are there in CAT exam?

As per the CAT MBA test pattern, there are three exam sections including VARC, DILR, and QA. The CAT VARC section includes 24 questions with a weightage of 72 marks. CAT DILR section comprise 20 questions with a weightage of 60 marks and the QA section will have 22 questions with a weightage of 66 marks.

Do questions get repeated in CAT?

As of now VARC and DILR questions have not been repeated ever. Every year, candidate find a new set of questions that have not come before. But there are some rare instances where QA questions were repeated.

Yes , if you have completed a Diploma after Class 12 many institutions will accept this qualification as an alternative to the 12th grade for admission to a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema and Television ( B.CAT ) in Film Editing . eligibility criteria vary from college to  college  but most recognize a diploma in a relevant field as sufficient for entry , especially if it aligns with media , film studies or in similar domain .

As last years cutoff it is above 600 marks for sc category in NEET can help secure a seat in UCMS Delhi and rankwise its 390 rank in NEET candidates gets admission in MBBS course for the past years.

This however was prepared on an automated fryer which could prepare 3 servings at a time and took 5 minutes irrespective of the number of servings equal to or below 3. The fryer did not need anyone to attend to it, and the time to put in the raw ingredients could be neglected. So one could tend to the preparation of other items while the Egg Bhurji with French Fries were being prepared. 

They wanted to serve the orders as early as possible after the order was given. The individual items in any order were served as and when all the items were ready, and the order was then considered closed. None of the items on the menu were prepared in advance in anticipation of future orders. 

On the first day, 3 groups of customers came in and ordered at 6.00 pm, 6.10 pm, and 6.13 pm.
