AP ICET counselling seat allotment phase I has been published on July 25, 2025. Candidates can visit the official website icet-sche.aptonline.in to check their AP ICET seat allotment. Earlier, the web option change option was initiated from July 22, 2025. Those who have filled their web option by July 21, 2025, changed the AP ICET counselling web options on July 22. Candiates looked into the AP ICET Counselling colleges 2025 to get an idea about the top AP ICET colleges they might get into. AP ICET web option was active from July 16 to July 21, 2025. Authorities closed the AP ICET counselling registration window on July 14, 2025. Eligible candidates would be able to register for AP ICET 2025 counselling till July 14, 2025. AP ICET Counselling 2025

AP ICET counselling 2025 is going to be held in multiple rounds. After the conclusion of 1st round of AP ICET Counselling 2025, the rest second or third round of counselling, the rest of the round will depend on the number of vacant seats. After the conclusion of each AP ICET counselling round, the college-wise seat allotment order will be released. Candidates will be able to freeze or confirm their seats by paying the requisite course admission fee.

The registered candidates can check the AP ICET 2025 seat allotment by visiting the official website. To qualify for the next round of the ICET admission process, general category candidates have to score the minimum AP ICET passing marks of 25% (50 marks out of 200 marks). However, there is no minimum qualifying percentage for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Selected candidates had to register for the Andhra ICET counselling and pay the counselling fee of Rs. 1200 for open and backwards classes (OP/BC) and Rs. 600 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Candidates had to follow the set procedure to register and participate in the counselling of AP ICET 2025. Only those who pay the requisite AP ICET counselling 2025 fee will be considered eligible for the AP ICET counselling process.

AP ICET Counselling Notification 2025

AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) issued the APICET 2025 notification regarding counselling on its official site. This AP ICET counselling notification carries the date-wise ranks of the candidates who need to attend the AP ICET college-wise seat allotment session for registration, verification of certificates and schedule for exercising options. Candidates must note that their presence in person is compulsory at the counselling session.

Question 1: How do I register for AP ICET Counselling 2025?
Answer: AP ICET 2025 counselling registration process is expected to begin in the first week of June 2025. All candidates will be able to register themselves by visiting the official website, icetsche.aptonline.in. How to Pay the AP ICET Processing Fee 2025?

Candidates can see the steps given below to pay the processing fee for ICET Counselling 2025. Check the steps for AP ICET counselling fee payment online.

• Students have to pay Rs 1,200 for OC/ BC and Rs 600 for SC/ ST online by using a debit card/ credit card or net banking through the "Pay Processing Fee" link on the official website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
• All candidates from Rank 1 to last can pay the processing fee from July 2025, onwards.
• To pay the AP ICET 2025 counselling processing fee, visit the official website and click on the "Payment processing fee" tab.
• Now enter the AP ICET 2025 hall ticket number and rank and click on pay fee online.
• Candidates will be directed to the payment gateway.
• Now select a mode of payment e.g. credit/ debit card or net banking and enter the required details.
• Once the payment is successful click on the print button take a printout of it and produce it at the time of the AP ICET 2025 certificate verification process.
• Candidates shall note that they shall have paid the processing fee when the candidate attends for certificate verification as per the schedule and ranks mentioned against each date.
• The processing fee should be paid online by the student before he/ she attends certificate verification.

Stage 2: AP ICET counselling registration and certificate verification

• AP ICET 2025 counselling registration is done online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
• All the certificates will be validated by the system. If a required candidate needs to enter the certificate details and need to upload the corresponding file. Only JPEG, JPG & PDF formats are allowed.
• All the uploaded files, chosen by the candidate at the time of registration will be sent to the certificate Verification officer.
• Candidate eligibility will be verified based on the percentage of marks in the qualifying exam.
• EWS certificate and Caste certificate entered by the candidate will be verified by the system.
• The candidate has to enter the correct certificate number. If a candidate does not enter the correct certificate number or could not be validated then the system will prompt for uploading the certificate. The same shall be verified by the verification officer.
• Income certificate to be uploaded in order to be eligible for Fee Reimbursement.
• Minority candidates can select the Appropriate “Minority-Muslim” or “Minority-Christian” carefully and upload the certificate.

Stage 3: Verification of certificate

Check all the details printed on the verification form such as

• Local area
• Minority
• Sex
• Special reservation category
• Category
• Mobile number
• Date of birth
• Fee reimbursement etc.
• If the candidate finds any mistake, then in such a case report to the verification officer for correction.
• If a candidate belongs to the SC/ ST/ OBC category, they will have to report to a caste verification officer and will have to submit the original caste certificate for clearance and verification.
• Those who belong to the Open Competition (OC) category, have a direct report to the certificate verification officer at the time of AP ICET counselling 2025.
• Now verification officer will verify candidates’ original certificates such as hall tickets, AP ICET rank card 2025, study certificates, marks memo, income certificates, etc.
• A print of the receipt of the certificate will be given to candidates and if candidates find any discrepancy then in such case report to the chief verification officer for correction. After verifying the data append the signature in the prescribed place.
• The seat allotment process and the display of options will depend on the accuracy of the data.
• Candidates will have to download the manual option form, college list, and tuition fee details from the official website.

Stage 4: Preparatory work to be made by the candidate at their home for exercising options

• Exercising options means candidates will have to select the college and course in which they wish to join and arrange them in order of priority.
• Go through with the profile of the college, course duration, availability of courses, and prospects (job/ academic opportunities). Candidates need to discuss and decide on their interest in a particular course, availability of hostel, distance from their place, financial ability, family background, etc.
• Also, consult with parents/ friends on the selection of colleges and courses that one wishes to join.
• Candidates can also take a manual option form in which they have to fill in the district code, course code, and college code, which they wish to join in order of their preference ,against the option number.
• Seat allotment will be based on Local Area, Rank, Reservation category, Gender, etc. in order of preference the candidate has chosen.

AP ICET Manual Option Form

• Seats are allotted on the basis of the candidate’s choice which will depend upon the number of seats available in a course or college for the candidate's local area, sex, and category. If a seat is not available in Option No. 1, then in such case, Option No. 2 will be considered for allotment, and so on.
• It is not mandatory to fill the options in a sequence of all the courses in a particular college at the time of AP ICET counselling 2025. One can enter any number of options of any college to make his or her choice.
• Candidates are advised not to enter the option in which he or she is not interested in joining.
• For entering options on the computer screen, candidates can fill in the manual option form. It will save candidates' time.

Stage 5: Process to be followed for exercising options on the web/ Internet

Candidates can enter the options online. They can do so by logging in using their registered credentials, which typically include AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth.

Steps to be Followed for Entering the AP ICET Web Options Counselling 2025

Candidates can refer to the following steps at the time of the AP ICET web options process.

• Visit the official website/Enter the URL on the internet
• Password generation
• Option entry
• Log out

Step 1: Entering the URL through the internet

• Double-click on (Internet Explorer/ Google Chrome).
• Make sure that the computer which you are using and contains Windows 7 operating system, Internet Explorer version 9.0 or above.
• Now enter the URL or website address (apicet.nic.in).
• After entering the above-provided website address, candidates will be landed on a home page which will contain the links regarding the information such as a list of courses, AP ICET counselling college lists, list of helpline centres, college profiles, etc.

Step 2: Generation of Password

• Now candidates need to click on the “Candidates Registration” button to generate a password. Enter all the details such as Registration Number, Rank, Hall ticket number, and Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY format) as printed on the receipt of the certificate given on certificate verification
• Now click on the “Generate Password” button.
• In the “Password” box, candidates need to enter the password (which should be 8 characters in length and a maximum of 10 with at least one numerical).
• Now re-enter the same password in the “Re-enter password” box.
• Enter the same mobile number that one provided at the time of certificate verification.
• Now click on the “Save Password” button.
• Click on the “Logout” tab. By doing this candidates’ registration is completed and candidates will come back to the home page.

Step 3: Option Entry

After completion of registration and generation of password, now click on Candidates Login to exercise the options. Login ID is a secret number that will be communicated to candidates registered mobile by SMS.

In case candidates haven’t received login ID or have forgotten it, candidates will have to send an SMS from candidates registered mobile to 8790499899 in the format of APICET01 (Hall Ticket number)

• To enter your option entry screen, enter Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth and click on the Sign In button.
• In case a candidate needs any explanation about a different menu clicks on “Help Screen”. Read all the explanations about various menu items, and click on the “Click here to enter options'' button, It will display the screen which will consist of various districts along with checkboxes
• Candidates can choose one or more districts to display the colleges in that district.
• Now click on the “Display Option Entry form” to exercise the options.
• On the screen, different colours are used for the display of girls' colleges, universities, Minority Institutions, etc.
• Now enter the hall ticket number in the box provided.
• After already filling out the manual option form, candidates need to enter the option numbers in the boxes on the screen against the course and college in which they are interested to join.

Step 4: Logout

• After completing of option entry, candidates need to click on “Logout”, which displays an alert. A message with three buttons such as “Save and Logout”, “Confirm Logout”, and “Cancel Logout”.
• Click on “Cancel Logout” to retain the option entry form and add some more options.
• Click on the “Save & Logout” button to save the options.
• Click on the “Confirm Logout” button. It will directly display the details of saved options.

Stage 5: Final Allotment of Seats

The allotment of seats will be processed on the date mentioned in the notification based on category, merit, local area, sex, special reservation category, etc. Candidates will have to download the allotment order via “Candidate Login”.

AP ICET 2025 Seat Cancellation Process

If a candidate wishes to withdraw or cancel their allotted seat at the end of the AP ICET 2025 counselling, then in such a case, they need to approach the AP ICET convener in person or by registered post, and they will have to submit the following documents within the stipulated date and time.

• Cancellation request letter for the allotted seat by the candidate

• Duly filled in the application form for cancellation of the allotted seat

APICET Counselling 2025 - Forgot Password?

In case candidates forget their password, they need to click on the link “forgot your password” on the candidates' login and enter the required details. Now, click on Get the new password. The system will generate a new password that will be sent to the mobile number or to the registered email address. After receiving the password, candidates can use it for option entry.
