During the SIP, students work on real projects alongside experienced professionals. They learn to handle tasks such as analyzing markets, solving business problems, or improving processes. This hands-on experience helps them understand how companies function, what is expected in a workplace, and how to adapt to a professional environment.

For freshers, the SIP is particularly valuable as it gives them their first real taste of corporate life. It’s a chance to apply the theories they’ve studied in their MBA programme to practical situations. Whether it’s working on marketing campaigns, managing operations, or conducting financial analysis, the programme helps students gain knowledge and skills they can’t get from books alone.

This ensures that they not only learn technical skills but also improve their soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving — essential abilities for building a successful career.

The SIP also plays an important role in shaping students’ futures. The feedback and guidance they receive during their internship help them understand their strengths and work on their weaknesses.

Many students even receive job offers based on their performance during this program. Additionally, the connections they make during their internship can open doors to future opportunities. In short, the SIP at IBS Bangalore is a great way for students to prepare for their careers. It helps them build confidence, gain practical experience, and lay the foundation for long-term success in the corporate world.

Shortlisting of all campuses is done almost at same time . So if they changed your seats to other campus, then vacant seat will be wasted and that will be their loss of fees. However, you can give a try with a geniune reason and may be change your seats if someone else(very rare chane but you can try)

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
