Cut-off for the BIMTECH PGDM admission 2026 for different entrance exams is as follows.

BIMTECH 2026 Admission: Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants of BIMTECH PGDM 2026 admissions must check the eligibility criteria of BIMTECH 2026 admissions before filling out the BIMTECH 2026 forms.

• A candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in graduation.

• The candidates must have a minimum three-year bachelor’s degree, after completion of higher secondary education in 10+2 format.

• A valid score in CAT 2025/ XAT 2026/ GMAT / CMAT 2026/ MAT.

• Candidates must score a valid score in BIMTECH PI and Extempore as well.

BIMTECH 2026 Admissions Process

For the BIMTECH admissions 2026, candidates will have to follow an admissions process. The BIMTECH 2026 admission process is as follows.

• Apply for the BIMTECH PGDM online.

• Appear for any of the top MBA entrance exams, CAT 2025, XAT 2026, GMAT 2024, CMAT 2026, and MAT 2025-26.

• Submit your entrance exam score at the BIMTECH Admission portal through the student dashboard.

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the best score based on the eligibility before giving out the final offer.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process (PI and Extempore).

• Final selection will be based on the selection criteria as mentioned in the BIMTECH 2026 admission policy.

• Finally, submit the BIMTECH 2026 Fee if a seat is offered.

BIMTECH 2026 Admissions: Selection Criteria

BIMTECH Admission 2026: Reservation Criteria

The total number of seats available at BIMTECH for 2026 is 345. Admissions to the PGDM program are divided into two main sections: Merit and Supernumerary. The Merit category comprises 300 seats, while the Supernumerary category includes 45 seats. Additionally, within the Merit category, 5% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the ESCS category.

• The supernumerary category is for People of Indian Origin, Foreign nationals, SAARC Nationals, Gulf Quota, and overseas citizens of India.

• These candidates will have to submit proof of their status as POI, OCI, Foreign Nationals, or Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries.

• ESCS (Economically & Socially Challenged Students) category includes SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ Minority Communities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Zoroastrians/Parsis & Jains).

• EWS candidates are required to submit relevant certificates, with the total income of the family not exceeding Rs. 8 LPA.

BIMTECH Admissions 2026 Fee

BIMTECH Admission fee for 2026-28 PGDM for both the Merit category candidates and supernumerary candidates is Rs. 14,00,000. Apart from the tuition fee, candidates are required to pay for other expenses, as mentioned in the table below.

BIMTECH Admissions 2026: Scholarships

For all admitted candidates from the merit category, scholarships are available based on the CAT/XAT scores. Percentiles for the Late Basant Kumar Birla Admission Merit Scholarship are as follows. BIMTEH also provides a merit scholarship named Pujya Sh. G.D. Birla Academic Merit Scholarship Scheme is awarded to admitted candidates based on their academic performance.

BIMTECH 2026 Admissions: Withdrawal Policy

If a candidate withdraws their application before the commencement of the program. And the said seat is given to the waitlisted candidate. In this scenario, the fee received from the students will be refunded after deduction of Rs. 1,000 as a processing fee.

If the candidate withdraws their admission after the commencement of the program, and their seat remains vacant for any reason. Then only the refundable amount of the fee will be returned to the candidate.
