SPJAT 2025 Exam – Registration, Exam Date, Syllabus, Pattern, Admit Card, Result

The application process for SPJAT 2025 is completely online. You can register for the exam online on the official website of the institute. First, you fill out and submit the application form for the SPJAT 2025 programme. Once you submit your application, it will show the status ‘Screening in Progress’. 

If you have already appeared for the CAT, GMAT, or SPJAT exam, your application will be evaluated to get shortlisted for the selection rounds. If you haven’t appeared for the mentioned exams already, the status will be shown as ‘Shortlisted for Aptitude Test’. After that, you can log in to the portal to register for the SPJAT 2025 exam by paying the application fee.

NOTE: Candidates need to submit only one application but can apply for two specialization courses with a single application.

The application procedure is stated below:

• Step 1: Registration: The candidates willing to appear for the entrance exam must register online. The registration is carried out online, and candidates need to enter their name, email ID, and mobile number in order to generate the login details.
• Step 2: Filling of application form:  After successful registration, the candidate will be presented with the application form; then, the candidate must fill in their personal, educational, and contact information.
• Step 3: Payment of application fees: Candidate can pay the application fees through any online medium of payment (net banking, debit card, or credit card).
• Step 4: Submission of application form:  After completing the above-mentioned steps, the candidates can submit their application.

SPJAT Exam Fees:

S P Jain Aptitude Test is a management entrance exam conducted by S P Jain School of Global Management for offering candidates admission to its management programmes.  Before applying for the SPJAT exam, the candidate must check the eligibility criteria for the SPJAT 2025 exam. The SPJAT eligibility criteria is as follows:

• Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Final-year candidates are also eligible.
• In case candidates have not studied English in school, then he/she needs to have an English Language Proficiency Score (ELPS) at the time of taking admission.

NOTE: English language test scores must be submitted on or before January 15, 2025 (for February 2025 intake). Only marks obtained in the last 2 years are valid.

SPJAT 2025 exam pattern has been released by S P Jain School of Global Management. According to the SPJAT exam pattern, the test consists of up to 34 questions with a duration of 50 minutes.

The institute will send the admit card for SPJAT 2025 to the candidates who register for the exam by paying the application fee. The candidates will also receive the login details for the online test along with the SPJAT 2025 admit card. The email will also include the test instructions. Candidates are advised to keep the admit card until the selection process gets over. The document will be required at this stage. 

To download the SPJAT exam admit card, the candidate must follow the given steps:

• Step1: Go to the official website of SPJAT 2025.
• Step2: Enter the application number and password. 
• Step3: SPJAT 2025 admit card will appear on the screen.
• Step4: Download and save it.
• Step5: Take a print of the SPJAT admit card.

The result of the SPJAT 2025 exam will be announced after a day or two of the exam. S P Jain School of Global Management conducts the SPJAT exam four times a year in the months of April, May, June, and July. Candidates who appear for the test can check the SPJAT 2025 result online using their login details. Based on their score on the exam, they will be shortlisted for the selection rounds. 

Steps to Check SPJAT Result:

• Step 1: Go to the official website of SPJAT 2025.
• Step 2: Click on the result link.
• Step 3: Enter ID and password.
• Step 4: SPJAT exam result will appear on the screen.
• Step 5: Check all the details given on the result and download it.
• Step 6: Take a printout of the SPJAT 2025 result for future use.

The institute has prescribed the SPJAT cutoff. Candidates need to score 80 percentile or above in the SPJAT 2025 exam to qualify. After that, candidates will be shortlisted for the selection or evaluation process. The shortlisted candidates will appear for essay writing rounds, analyzing case studies, and panel interviews. The cutoff of SPJAT 2025 is the minimum mark that a candidate needs to score in order to qualify for the test.

The selection procedure for SPJAT 2025 will start after the announcement of the result. Candidates who have a valid score any one of the following management entrance exam will be shortlisted for the evaluation rounds—essay writing round, analyzing case studies, and panel interview.  

• GMAT (Appeared in last 5 years)
• GRE (Appeared in last 5 years)
• CAT (Appeared in last 2 years)
• SPJAT (Appeared in last 2 years)

Once the SP Jain selection process is over and the performance of the candidates is evaluated, the institute notifies the students of the final result of whether they are selected or not. The candidates who are shortlisted for admission are notified through email.

NOTE: Candidates can apply even if they have not cleared the qualifying exam or their marks are pending. However, candidates will not be shortlisted for evaluation until the submission of final examination marks. SP Jain accepts the best score from the said tests.

Applicants who do not meet the qualifying test score requirements may be considered for interview, subject to the decision of the Director of Admissions/Registrar.
