To participate in the OJEE counselling, candidates will have to pay a counselling fee of Rs 450 (to be paid in online mode only).

After the announcement of OJEE MBA 2026 result, various OJEE MBA participating institutes will release their cutoff list. Based on this, the qualifying candidates for OJEE 2026 MBA have to participate in the counselling process for the OJEE MBA admission. The counselling process will be done in four steps.

OJEE MBA Counselling Process 2026

To know how to participate in the counselling of OJEE MBA 2026, check the steps that follow. Registration, option locking, announcement of seat allotment, document verification, and admission confirmation are the steps in brief.

Step 1: Candidates have to register themselves online by entering their personal details. They should not forget to select the course for which they want to apply and enter their roll number and date of birth. After filling in the details, the candidates have to pay the OJEE 2026 counselling fee. Take a printout of the OJEE MBA 2026 registration form for future reference.

Step 2: After registering, the candidates will be redirected to a page where they have to fill in their choice of institution as per their preference. Candidates are advised to fill in as many choices as possible, as it increases the chances of getting admission. Subsequently, the candidates have to lock their choices and submit the OJEE MBA 2026 form.

Step 3: Candidates who have registered themselves then have to pay the OJEE MBA exam counselling fee of Rs 450 before appearing for counselling at the prescribed centre. The candidates can pay the OJEE MBA counselling fee 2026 in both online and offline modes. It should not be forgotten that the candidates should keep the counselling receipt till final admission.

Step 4: After the payment is done, the candidates have to report to the centres allotted to them for verification of documents. They must carry scanned copies of the documents along with self-attestation. Once the verification is done, the original documents will be returned to the candidates.

NOTE: Allotted Students have to deposit Part Admission/ Seat Confirmation fees of Rs. 10,000 or 5,000 based on the Category (Rs. 10,000 for General Candidates and Rs.5,000 for SS/ ST/ PC candidates, the deposit can only be made on the online portal through Billdesk/ SBI/ HDFC payment gateway.

Necessary Documents to Carry at the OJEE MBA Counselling 2026

Candidates should know which documents are necessary to carry out the counselling. If they forget any of the requisite documents, then they will not be allowed to appear for counselling. Check the list of documents given below to know about the documents.

• Original ‘Permanent Resident of Odisha’ Certificate/Nativity Certificate from the concerned Tahasildar
• HSC Mark sheet
• 10+2 Pass certificate and Mark sheet
• Photocopy of School Leaving/College Leaving Certificate
• Original Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
• Odisha JEE MBA registration slip
• Odisha JEE (OJEE) MBA Rank Card
• SC/ST certificate by birth
• Certificate of Ex-serviceman
• Original Certificate of Employment of candidate’s parent/spouse employer: Govt. of Odisha/Govt. of India/Govt. of India Undertakings and/Govt. of Odisha Undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application
• Certificate in support of Outlying Odia Speaking Track (OL) and certificate issued by OJEE concerning the Oriya test conducted by OJEE
• Other relevant documents, if any, are applicable.
