OJEE MBA Counselling 2019 - Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) Committee will announce the OJEE MBA 2019 counselling schedule in the last week of July. Test takers of OJEE MBA can download their rank cards and register their names online for filling up the choice of colleges in the last week of July. The first seat-allotment is also likely to be held in the fourth week of July followed by the final allotment of seats and reporting to college in the first week of August. The OJEE MBA counselling is based on the result which will be announced in the fourth week of May (for first OJEE session) and the fourth week of July (for special OJEE exam). The counselling rounds will be held in online mode and candidates will have the option to fill their choice of the institute where they wish to get admission for pursuing MBA programmes. The following steps will help in understanding the process of OJEE MBA 2019 counselling:
Step 1: Online Registration –
Candidates are required to register for the OJEE MBA counselling 2019 by filling their details in the link for online counselling registration. They must select the appropriate course for which they are seeking admission by entering their roll number and date of birth.
Candidates need to follow the authentication process by entering their personal and bank details along with the One Time Password received for verification of their mobile number.
Once this registration is submitted, print the registration slip for the document verification rounds.
Step 2: Institute Choice Filling-
After registration, candidates will be directed to the choice filling page where they can give preferences of the desired institute they are seeking admission in.
Candidates should arrange their filled-in choices in order of their preferences about the institutes.
Candidates should fill as many choices as possible to enhance their chances of getting admission in the college of their choice. The choices must be locked in order to ensure the desired choices are saved and submitted correctly.
Step 3: Counselling Fee Payment-
Registered candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 5450/- as counselling fee before appearing at the nodal centre.The fee can be paid in both online and offline mode.
The fee payment acknowledgement or receipt must be printed and carried to the counselling venue as proof of having made the payment.
Step 4: Documents Verification-
Candidates must carry one set of original and one set of photocopies of the required documents for verification. The photocopies must be self-attested. Original documents will be returned after verification. In case the candidates fail in the document verification process, the counselling fee will be refunded by the examination committee.

OJEE MBA 2019 exam will be conducted on May 12 and July 21 for first and second phase respectively. Odisha JEE MBA exam is the gateway for admission to various programmes offered by the B-schools in the state of Odisha. The result of OJEE MBA 2019 will be declared in the last week of May and last week of July for first and second phase of OJEE MBA respectively. OJEE MBA counselling is administered at the participating B-School campuses and only the shortlisted candidates who qualify the eligibility criteria as per the respective B-Schools and their cutoff scores are qualified to receive the call letters.
