OJEE MBA 2019 - As per the latest announcement, the OJEE MBA 2019 entrance test will be conducted twice by the Odisha Government. The candidates belonging only to the state of Odisha will be considered for admission at the Government B-schools. However, candidates across India will remain eligible for the MBA admission at the private B-schools of Odisha. The state level exam OJEE MBA 2019 will be held in paper-pencil mode. Around 50,000 aspirants had appeared for the OJEE MBA last year and as many as 67 B-schools in the state will accept scores. There is no prescribed age limit for applying to OJEE MBA 2019. The result of the first phase is likely to be announced in June and the result for second phase of OJEE 2019 will be announced in the month of July 2019. The eligibility criteria for OJEE MBA 2019 has been officially announced by the OJEE Committee for the final admissions to management institutions. Aspirants have to fulfil any of the three criteria listed below:
Completed graduation (in any discipline) of minimum three years’ duration from any university or a recognised institute or university outside Odisha but defined by UGC or AICTE. The minimum passing marks, in this case, must be 50 per cent marks (45 per cent in case of aspirants belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying exam.
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy programmes of four – five years duration from any University of or a recognised institute or university outside Odisha but defined by UGC or AICTE. In this case, the minimum passing marks must be 50 per cent marks (45 per cent for aspirants belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying exam.
Be in the final year of their graduation to be able to apply for OJEE MBA 2019.
Age limit - OJEEB does not prescribe any age limit for applying to OJEE MBA 2019. Only those candidates belonging to the state of Odisha be considered for admission at the Government B-schools. However, candidates across India are eligible for MBA admission at the private B-schools of Odisha.
OJEE MBA Application Form 2019
The online application form of OJEE MBA 2019 for first session will begin from the last week of January and the deadline to submit the same is March 25, 2019. OJEEB also specifies that the last date of printing the confirmation letter is March 30, 2019.
The special OJEE MBA application form will be released in the fourth week of June 2019, and will continue until second week of July, 2019. Aspirants must visit the official website of the exam-conducting body to register and submit their application forms before the last date.
OJEE MBA Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 1000 must be paid at the time of registration through online payment channel using their Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking or e-challan. Bank charges (if any) will be applicable as per the norms, over and above the prescribed application fee.
How to apply for OJEE MBA 2019?
Open the official website of the OJEE MBA 2019 Examination Committee.
Click on the 'application form for OJEE 2019' tab.
Select the appropriate form based on the course applying for. Choose Form C to apply for OJEE MBA programme for the batch 2019-21.
Follow the three listed steps to register as a New Candidate; check whether the selected form is Form C, then click Apply.
Fill in the online Odisha JEE 2019 application form and note down the registration number after submission. The registration number and password will be used as login credentials.
Login with your credentials and fill the OJEE MBA application form 2019.
Upload your recent passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression.
Pay the application fee of Rs. 1000 for applying to the MBA stream via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Master/Maestro cards/Net Banking). This can be done through either of the two payment gateways – Billdesk or SBI.
Offline mode of payment or the e-challan mode is also an option. You can print the challan and pay the required fee at any SBI branches.

The exam pattern of the first and second sessions of OJEE MBA 2019 will differ from one another. Having registered for the exam, candidates must be familiar with the entire exam pattern of the exam to help them prepare with more clarity.
Odisha JEE MBA 2019 is a paper-pencil based exam, with 120 objective multiple choice questions carrying four marks each.
These questions are divided into five sections – Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Comprehension and Computer and Business Fundamentals.
Each section carries a varying number of questions (ranging from 10 to 40) out of the total of 120 questions.
Negative marking of one mark will be applicable for each wrong answer.
The total exam duration is two hours.
For the second special OJEE MBA 2019, the duration will be of one hour carrying 60 Multiple Choice Questions.

The admit card for first session can be downloaded from April 20, 2019 onwards. As per the official instructions, candidates must download two copies of the admit card. If they are unable to download the admit card, they have to contact OJEEB. In case any information is incorrectly printed on OJEE MBA 2019 admit card, candidates must bring it to the notice of the authorities immediately. The admit card of 2nd/special OJEE MBA 2019 will be released in the third week of July 2019.
A photograph, similar to the one posted on the confirmation slip must be kept with the candidate during the exam of OJEE MBA 2019. Both copies of OJEE admit cards must be signed by the exam invigilator. One OJEE MBA admit card should be submitted at the exam centre and the other retained by the candidate.
OJEE MBA Participating Colleges 2019
10 government colleges and 56 private colleges will accept the scores of OJEE MBA 2019. The intake of 10 government colleges is 650 (Only candidates belonging to Odisha). The number of seats in the private colleges is 4,644 (Both candidates from Odisha and across the sub-continent).
The OJEE officials release the official answer key of Odisha JEE MBA 2019 for the test takers to check and evaluate their performance. Moreover, the candidates can check the accuracy of the answers by matching their answer options with the official OJEE MBA 2019 answer key as well and predict their tentative scores.
OJEE MBA answer key 2019 will be released after the exam is conducted. For the first session of exam, it will be released tentatively in May second week. It will contain the correct answers to all the 120 questions.
Aspirants can download their scores and rank cards from the third week of July 2019 for the first session of OJEE. They must accordingly appear for counselling rounds to know the B-schools they are allotted to. The OJEE MBA 2019 result will be announced in the form of score and rank card which can be downloaded by entering their login credentials. The result of the 2nd/special OJEE MBA 2019 exam will be announced in the first week of August 2019.
The cut off of all the participating institutes will be released after the declaration of the result. The cut off varies from B-School to B-School. The OJEE 2019 cutoff would be the minimum score decided by the institutes/colleges for shortlisting candidates for further rounds of counselling of OJEE MBA.
In order to appear for counselling of OJEE MBA, which is the final step of selection, candidates must register for the colleges by filling up their choice. This process will take place in online mode in the fourth week of July.
The first seat-allotment in OJEE Participating colleges will be held in the fourth week of July while the final allotment of seats and reporting to college will be conducted in the first week of August 2019. Admissions of candidates to all respective private and government educational institutes offering MBA programme for the prescribed number of seats available will be made through centralised counselling in order of merit. After the process of OJEE MBA counselling 2019, separate merit lists will be published for candidates qualifying under each of the reservation categories.
As of last year, 8% seats in all colleges are reserved for candidates belonging to Schedule Caste (SC) by birth (not by marriage or adoption) and 12 per cent seats in all colleges are reserved for candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe (ST) by birth (not by marriage or adoption).
