OJEE MBA Application Form 2019 - Odisha JEE Board will release the application form of OJEE MBA 2019 from first week of January 30. The deadline to complete the registration and submit the application fee is March 25. OJEE MBA 2019 application form will be available online. An application fee of Rs. 1000 must be paid at the time of registration. As per the important dates, the first OJEE MBA 2019 will be conducted on May 12 and the second phase is likely to be conducted on July 21, 2019 across test centres of the Odisha state. However, the private colleges will accept applications from aspirants belonging to any other Indian state. The online application form of the 2nd/special OJEE MBA 2019 exam will be released in the fourth week of June and continue until second week of July 2019.

The eligibility criteria of OJEE MBA 2019 must be checked before filling the application form to determine if they fulfil the following parameters:

  • Candidates must have a graduation degree (in any discipline) of three years’ duration from any University of Odisha or a UGC or AICTE recognised institute or university, with at least 50 percent passing marks (45 per cent in case of reserved category candidates).

  • Also, Graduates from Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy programmes of four-five years from any University in Odisha or a UGC or AICTE recognised institute or university. Required percentage of passing marks is 50 percent (45 per cent for SC/ST candidates) can fill the OJEE MBA application form 2019.

  • Moreover, the final year Bachelor's Degree students are also eligible to apply for Odisha JEE 2019 exam.

How to fill OJEE MBA Application Form 2019?

While filling the online OJEE MBA 2019 application form, aspirants should keep a scanned copy coloured passport photograph, with complete signature and left-hand thumb impression for uploading during the application form submission process. Here is the stepwise procedure to fill OJEE MBA application form 2019:

  • Open the official website of OJEE MBA 2019

  • Click on the link of 'application form of OJEE MBA 2019’

  • Then select the correct form based on the course to be applied. In the case of MBA studies, select Form C for OJEE MBA 2019.

  • Fill & submit the OJEE MBA 2019 application form and document the registration number and password generated by the system.

  • Log in using the generated registration number and password for uploading scanned images and remaining steps in the process.

The online application form of OJEE MBA 2019 will have the following details:

  • Candidate name

  • Parents’ name

  • Personal details like gender and date of birth

  • Parent domicile

  • Category

  • Subcategory – Applicable for Green Card holders or Ex-Servicemen or both

  • Family income – Select whether annual family income is higher or lower than Rs. 6 lakh

  • Nationality

  • Opting for Women Quota or notification

  • Course details – courses applying for and past academic records

Documents to be uploaded:

  • Photograph

  • full signature/ left-hand thumb impression.

Payment of application fee: The application fee for OJEE MBA 2019 is Rs.1000. Payment tab is to be clicked to submit the fee. Candidates can choose to pay the fee both via online or offline modes. The available options are:

  1. Debit/Credit Card (Visa/Master/Maestro/Net Banking) needs to be used to make the payment via one of the two available options of gateways – SBI and Bill desk.

  2. Offline Payment: If a prospective test taker selects the SBI gateway for payment, there is an option to select the e-challan mode of payment. This method requires candidates to fill the OJEE MBA 2019 application form after which an e-challan form will be displayed. The challan has to be printed and used for making the payment of the application fee at any of the SBI branches.

Points to Remember while filling the OJEE MBA Application Form 2019

  • Applicants should take a print of the confirmation page once the application and payment process has been completed.

  • Applicant’s name, date of birth and parents’ names should be strictly as per their High School or the first Board/ Pre-University exam certificates.

  • Thumb impression should be clear on paper; needs to be scanned and uploaded with the application form of OJEE MBA 2019. It should be dark enough and not smudgy.

  • As per the official instructions, the OJEE MBA application form 2019 should be complete in all aspects as incomplete forms will be rejected without any notice.

  • Options should be carefully selected while filling the OJEE MBA 2019 application form as the same cannot be altered later.

  • The signature used in the form should have clarity so that it is easily recognised.

  • All details mentioned in the form should be accurate. Any discrepancy in the information provided may lead to cancellation/rejection of the application.

  • Parent Domicile: You can select from the available options as follows:

  • Choice of Examination centre: Candidates can select three centres based on the order of preference.

  • Year of Passing/Appearing: Students who have completed undergraduate studies should mention the year of completion. For appearing candidates, it is 2019.

  • Percentage of Marks in Qualifying Examination: If results are available, fill the actual aggregate scores. Leave blank in case results are not available/ results awaited.

Note- The candidate has to enter only the integer part of the percentage of marks and ignore the decimal point. For example, 66.15, 66.56 or 66.99 should be taken as 66 only.

  • As per the official regulations, the photograph should be without cap or goggles. However, spectacles can be worn.

What after filling up the OJEE MBA Application Form 2019?

All candidates who successfully applied for the exam are eligible to download the OJEE MBA 2019 admit card. The OJEE MBA 2019 examination duration is of two hours; conducted in paper-pencil mode following a multiple choice question-answer pattern. A total of 120 questions carrying four marks each will be spread across five broad sections. Negative marking of one mark each for each incorrect response.

OJEE MBA Seats 2019: There are 10 government and 56 private colleges participating in the OJEE MBA 2019 by offering MBA programmes in the state of Odisha. The total number of seats for which the OJEE MBA 2019 was held last year was 5,294. Out of the total OJEE MBA 2019 seats, 650 seats are offered by government colleges and 4,644 are offered by private colleges.
